I don't buy cars very often & am somewhat intimidated by the expected high pressure sales process. Not the case here. I had done my homework & was ready to buy a specific car when I arrived. The price was right, the terms agreeable, the location conveniently close to home, the people friendly & informative. Maureen,Todd & the nice fellow from New Zealand made this a painless experience & took care of my needs almost before I knew what they were.These folks are an efficient & personable team. Not once did I feel rushed or "handled". They were accommodating to my requests & took care of the paperwork swiftly. I'd definitely consider buying from these guys again.

I was wanting to go to a simple newer v6 Ram from a diesel Ram and they had this red one! Quick contract signing as promised. Easy sales that let the Ram sell itself WITHOUT PRESSURE to buy! Christina was great to work with! Same for Grace in the signing paperwork. Took me 6 1/2 hours with local dealer(auto row off Mill Plain) on prior purchase. Not here! Quick nice and efficient. Hey, try their coffee! Good too! 😂 I’m impressed!

Great job all around!!! I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback. I worked with Jeddy and Fabian (sales rep), and Sean/Lance (sales and finance managers). Even though I experienced some initial miscommunication about the price of my trade-in, the Subaru team made it right and I walked out the door with a great offer. They were very stress free and easy to work with, and were willing to make concessions where it mattered. I even got to ring the bell when we closed the deal. Miguel was not threatening or intimidating. He wasn't pushy. He was honest and really cared about his customer. The whole process was quick and painless. The facility is very nice. The people are nice, too! I would certainly recommend making a purchase here.

Also, we had several choices regarding levels of service and at no time felt pressured to make a particular choice. Bano was fantastic! They were $4000 less than the lowest competitor on the same type of car. It was fast, friendly and easy. We live across the bridge in Washington and it's about 20 minutes to get there and well worth the drive. I'm telling everyone to go there and save:)

I bought a used Subaru Outback from Bickmore Auto and I love it. More importantly I loved the process. I had one guy that was with me from start to finish and Credit Union they paired me up with for financing has been wonderful. The whole experience was so positive my wife also bought a new car there too. I had been putting off buying a car for years--if I would have known how easy and friendly Bickmore was going to be I would have bought one sooner.
