I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Went in for my oil change appointment and asked if I could also get my tires rotated, they accommodated me and still got me in and out in less than 30 minutes.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Great Dennis the sales person was awesome. The finance gentleman Justin was awesome also. I would recommend both of these gentlemen.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Just went for oil change and tire rotation. While waiting checked on getting another lease on a few months. All is well

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

I’ve owned a Sahara unlimited for 2 years then purchased a 2019 sport unlimited, hands down the two best cars I ever drove, they don’t exceed in any one category besides getting you where you need to be in style!! I’ve loved every minute of my jeep wrangler!!

Zack and the team were absolutely amazing! They work with you and truly believe in finding the best vehicle for you and your checkbook! I love my new Traverse and all the features; which Zack took time to make sure I knew how to use and that everything was set up before letting driving off! Not my first rodeo with dealerships/leases/purchases, but by far the best experience I’ve had. I would recommend them as a first pick. If they don’t have it, they can get it! You wont be disappointed.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

This is the most professional service team I have ever worked with. They answered all of my questions, and most importantly made sure that they solved all of my vehicle repair needs in a timely manner. I would highly encourage anyone who has a GMC or Buick to come to LaFontaine. For how busy they are they make sure to give you their time to make sure you are taken care of.

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

In 2016, I was interested in purchasing a new car and trading-in a car and a pickup. Every time I tried a dealership, I was either ignored or treated as if I was merely an old lady and didn't know what I really needed or even wanted. Until I went to Stillwell's. Everyone there realizes what they are there to do - treat the customer well. I truly felt as if I were important, and not just because I was there to buy a car. I was welcomed by the very first person I met. I didn't feel rushed nor ignored by any means. I did purchase a brand new car from them and continue to take it there for service, In fact, just recently. Always welcomed and provided with a nice waiting area and coffee. Karen is usually the first person I see, and she always has a big smile for you. Joe, one of her co-workers is also tops in my book.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

Purchased 2016 Lincoln MKX from Rick outstanding experience. Everything was done very professionally. Had a couple of hiccups Rick and motorcars stand but the cars they sell 100 percent. I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I would like to start by saying that I rarely post reviews, as you normally expect good service, but my experience was above and beyond and I had the urge to share my story. After 10 years of driving a 2008 Camry that would not die (sold it with 215K miles on it), I decided to upgrade to a new 2019 Rav4 Hybrid due to the amazing fuel economy coupled with AWD. Out of 5 dealerships, Sunshine Toyota had the best price for the trim I wanted and so I decided to lock in and purchase the car. I explained that I received an excellent offer from a buyer on my Camry that was too good to be true so and that I would be selling it in a week. Later that week I found out that Toyota issued a safety recall for the Rav4 (minor issue with the back-up-camera) and that I could not pick it up until it was resolved. Justin Etheridge was my sales consultant and offered a free loaner vehicle (2019 model) if my Camry sold before the Rav4 safety issue was resolved and said I could use it for as long as it took. Well...after the back up camera issue was resolved, Toyota issued another minor safety recall for the automatic braking and put another stop-sale on the Rav4 until it was repaired. Fast forward almost 2.5 months later (slight delay due to a credit fraud alert on my report from a stolen wallet incident in February) and I was finally at the dealership to pick up my car. The entire paperwork process was very streamlined and efficient, yet they explained all the steps. As I upgraded from an 11 year old car, another associate took me out to the vehicle to explain all of the safety features (lane assist, active braking, radar cruise control....etc). I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hrs driving home in my new Rav4!!!. During the entire paperwork process I had numerous people come up to me and genuinely apologize for the long wait I had in acquiring the Rav4, but I was just appreciative of the free loaner. Later that afternoon I was at the gym and saw a commercial for Sunshine Toyota stating they are #1 in customer service in the area, and normally I am skeptical of those, however, after going through the experience I did, I can honestly say that Sunshine Toyota (and the sales associate Justin Etheridge) is indeed the best dealership I have ever dealt with!!!

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!
