Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

It was fast and friendly. They didn't do any other work unless they talk to me frist. I will return there to get my other work done once I have them money.

Great car if you don't go on long trips. Half an hour to and from work needs charging once a week with a regular 120 volt outlet. If you drive more, plug it in every night. Or get a 240 volt outlet and charge it twice as fast. In the winter, the range is less because we like the seats and steering wheel nice and warm. The regenerative break mode doesn't take much getting use to and saves wear on the mechanical breaks. We love everything about this car.

Maddie was the best salesperson. She was informative and very helpful despite my being demanding, sometimes. No matter she was unflinching, unflustered, and the best sales lady ever. Upon delivery of the vehicle she helped with all of the new technology and the app.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Brookpark OH. i needed a recall that was way over due on my "new 2013 " Dodge, they cared for that at no cost to me and an oil change , they found a mouse house hiding under the hood and evicted them at no charge , very helpful. Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

I just purchased a new vehicle from Spitzer Ford in Hartville Ohio, and it was BY FAR the best vehicle purchase experience that I’ve ever had. My sales consultant, Jeff Handy, was phenomenal. Other dealers were unwilling to discount the vehicle that I purchased, but not only did Mr. Handy discount the new vehicle, he also offered me significantly more for my trade than other dealers, and did so without any agonizing negotiations. The Finance Manager, Rich Ruby, completed all of the paperwork in less than ten minutes, which I didn’t even think was possible. Seriously, it was like a magic trick. Not having to wait around and getting to drive away almost immediately in my new truck was awesome. There are a lot of Ford dealers much closer to where I live in the Columbus area, but I will absolutely and without hesitation drive over two hours (one way) to purchase my next vehicle at Spitzer Ford. Outstanding customer focus.

I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! From Luis my salesman to the General Sales Manager to the finance manager to the cashiers, everyone was so friendly and positive! I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.
