Mike the GSM was great to deal with and understood my needs and wants. Mike the FM was great also but took a lot longer to get the paper work done. But it was after all a great experience. My sales Lady Ronide was the greatest of all she went out of her way to help get into the car I wanted and went the extra mile to help me get something to boost me up so I could see out of the car.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

I leased a CRV 3 years ago from this dealership. During this time I visited at least 3 times for service such as oil changes and tire rotation. I was always pleased with service, price and friendliness of personnel. On August16 while service was being performed, I asked Justin Yonkers, sales consultant, about purchasing the CRV. We immediately started filling out the numerous forms which took sometime, but was able to complete the sale and service work in one visit! Justin was very professional as well as pleasant.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

I bought a Brand New 2024 Maverick Truck. I am happy with the truck except for one thing. My salesman didn't bother to tell me the radio would not except Satelite radio. Now it is costing me OVER $900 to get the radio converted to accept satelite radio. I have a lifetime subscription for Sirius radio and certainly don't want to lose it. HAD I KNOWN THIS I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A DIFFERENT TRUCK. Sorry but I find it hard to believe in 2025 any vehicle wouldn't have a radio that would not accept satelite radio.

I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

This is our fourth car we purchased from Coconut Point. Each time Tom Spicer kept us informed every step of the way. Three purchases were online. I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

I bought a Ford Maverick from Labelle ford, in 2023. At the time I promised I would get my car serviced even though it is 40 miles from my home in Fort Myers. On Friday I brought my car for a recall and an oil change. I was very disappointed that the assistant service manager lied to me and didn't even bother to show up for work. I wanted to cancel my appointment because Sam Galloway Ford called me and begged me to bring the car there. Ralph the district service manager and stepped in and promised me that he and Andrea the service manager would walk my car through the recall issue totally. Ralph was great, he even gave me his personal cell phone number, to give him a call whenever I bring my car for service, and he will make sure the car gets treated with respect. Thanks to Ralph and Andrea, I will continue to highly recommend the drive from all my friends in Fort Myers, IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO LABELLE.

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

Very good experience best purchase price for any used wrangle in the swf area also a very good price for my trade, they didn't low ball me like the dealerships in Ft Myers or Cape Coral worth the extra drive. Rob Seager was very helpful through the deal and after, there was a minor battery issue, and he got it taken care of fast free of charge. Thanks for a great buying experience!!!

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

Loved the 'Small Town' feel of LaBelle Ford-all conversation was forthright and honest from salesman Rob Sager. Vehicle was sparkling clean and full of gas. Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.
