This dealer is was 35 miles from my house, But the car looked in good condition and very priced reasonable. From the time I walked into this dealership I knew I was going to purchase a car. The saleswomen I dealt with was outstanding. Had time to answer a lot of questions, explained certified pre-owned car options, preplanned course test drive and explained everything the vehicle I was driving had to offer. It was amazing to deal with a salesperson that knew exacting what they were selling with no pressure. We were able to work out a deal and my family and I could not be happier. When I picked the car up it was emaculent. I am in my mid fifties and have purchased many cars over the years and have never been treated like this before. Every 10,000 miles is my service appointment, I receive coupons and call to schedule a appointment. Not one time have I had any problems and the service quotes were really reasonable and accurate. Andy is my service rep and he goes out of his way to make sure that my Jetta is going to be around for 200,000 miles or better. So as far as I'm concerned V W dealerships are not located all over like other car brands, and Smith V W stands out to be one of if not the best. So if you want reliability in a vehicle along with comfort and a "Honest crew of people" that keep making you feel that they have your back, then why would you want to trust anyone else.
