My service advisor, Matthew Maxwell provided me a means to check on the status of my car and ask any questions I had. All questions were addressed and with a thorough explanation. Also, I was expecting to be waiting for close to four hours, but I was in and taken care of in less than four hours. I appreciate that BMW of Columbia honors our military personnel.
