I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

The experience buying a my Subaru forester sport was terrific. The staff was helpful and no pressure applied. William the salesman and Keith the sales manager gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. They answered all my questions. They explained every part of the transaction thoroughly and let me decide what I wanted and needed. I never felt any stress.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

So far, this has been a great car. Good gas mileage, good ride, good service, except for one issue with fuel injectors. Out of town dealership relaced quickly and professionaly and got us back on the road.

Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Our sales person, Malcolm was a great guy. Professional, brought us in, went through what we wanted. Got the vehicles. Test drove both. Make a decision, and in about three hours we were done. I positively HATE car shopping, and the hours upon endless hours of hiking through a field of paperwork 6 feet deep, only to be so exhausted even the drive home in the new vehicle can't register. Chatham Parkway Subaru was so different. We got the paperwork done, made the arrangements, and we were on the road, actually enjoying our new Ascent. What a gem of a vehicle it is. Reminds us a lot of our other previously most favorite vehicle that we both really thought great. We've owned a Subaru previously many years ago. Am glad I took the chance after a lot of nudging to go to another dealership. Chatham Parkway GETS IT....transactions should not suck the life blood out of you. We haven't used the service department yet, but I am very optimistic that experience will equal what we've had thus far. Ask for Philip! I was in the market for a very specific model used car which I happened to find online at Critz BMW. Critz is located about 450 miles away from me in another state and to say I bit nervous about buying a car that I could not see in person first was an understatement, but I decided to reach out to Critz BMw anyways and am happy I did. I was contacted the following morning by Philip Ellison. I expressed my concerns about buying a used car over the phone that I could not see in person first. Philip went above and beyond to try and help alleviate my concerns. You can tell that Philip is not only a car person himself but a straight shooter too. Not only did he take the time to send me over a dozen high resolution photos but also sent me several detailed videos in which he was sure to point all the minor imperfections (which were all normal things one would expect on a used car). The price negotiations were painless, without all the unnecessary games that a lot of car dealerships try which I truly appreciated. We were easily able to reach an agreement on price within 30 minutes. I decided to fly to Savannah and drive the car home instead of having the car transported to me as l wanted to see and drive it before paying for it and Philip with kind of enough to personally come pick me and my son at the airport in person. Once we got to the dealership, you could see that the car was detailed to perfection. Not a single water spot or speck of dust anywhere and it was exact as described oy Philip. He even went as far as to stored inside to keep the weather and element from messing up the detail job before I arrived. He could tell I was excited about buying the car which he said got him excited about having the car ready for me. After a quick test drive, we sat down to complete the necessary paperwork with Nikki in the finance department. In my 30+ years of buying and leasing cars, this was probably the quickest and nicest time! have had to spend with a finance manager in all my car buying experiences. Both Philip and Nikki reviewed some of the various protection plans that they had available for me, but I never felt as if they were being pushy or trying to hard sell me. Being over 50+ years old, I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experiences I have every had and want to personally thank Philip for making it so easy and pleasant. Even though Critz is 450 miles away from me, I will look at buying from them again when the time comes and would highly recommend that if you are looking to buy from Critz in Savannah, GA, that you ask for Philip.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

Knew I wanted a new Forester as this will be my second. I had my first Forester for 12 years. What a great car! William, the sales person, was very knowledgeable and let me take my time picking out options that I considered important. I test drove three different models of Forester. Never felt any pressure to hurry. All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. Ask for William Witt when shopping for a vehicle. You won’t be sorry.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

Service dept is very good. Service advisor Charles Frances is outstanding He always explains what will be. Done and keeps you updated. He takes time and answers questions clearly

Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

After researching every suv... And some hatchbacks, I decided that the CR-V Hybrid Sport L was the top of the class. Drove it... Bought it... Love it. Took it on a 12 hour road trip with 104 miles on it...not a worry or problem... Averaged almost 40mpg, too!

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.
