Miguel Perez was amazing in his candor and willingness to help. My wife and I also want to Thank him personally for sending us something very cherished by us. We accidentally left it in our trade in. I called him and he was able to track it down and send it to us. That meant the world to us. This car would have been the first in about 30 years without it. It was a gift from our daughter. Thank You again Miguel and Wilsonville Toyota!

We had an amazing experience working with Izzy while trading in our car and purchasing our new GR86. From the moment we arrived, Izzy was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through all of our options, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our decision. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable thanks to Izzy’s professionalism and attention to detail. We absolutely love our new car and are so grateful for the great service we received. Thank you again, Izzy! We truly appreciate all your help and the great experience. - Shay & Kayla

We had an amazing experience working with Darien! We originally came in just to test drive the 2025 Mercedes Benz GLB 250, but his professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge quickly made us feel confident in our decision, and we ended up driving off with the car the same day. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, including making our trade-in smooth and hassle-free. Darien was patient, approachable, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable rather than stressful. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend asking for Darien at this location!

Experience was Excellent. Knowledgeable, courteous, professional all around. Representative answered all questions and was very helpful even though the vehicle purchased was a different brand than what the dealership sells - taken in trade and offered preowned. Rest of staff was great, too. Convenient location, well kept inside and out.

Wilsonville Subaru review
I was in the market for a used Subaru and based on a neighbors recommendation I stopped by Wilsonville Subaru. I had the whole family in tow and I was guided by Jon Lahey to check out what was available. Jon is knowledgeable, thoughtful and helped us find the right vehicle for us. At Wilsonville you only work through your sales person throughout the entire process, no managers or finance people. They handle that for you. I will definitely head back there next time we are in need of some new wheels, thank you Jon and Wilsonville Subaru!

I recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and Jon was a pleasure to work with every step of the way! He was knowledgeable about the year and model. I even took the dealer up on their offer to put a deposit down so the car would be "on hold" while I wait a couple days for my PPI appointment with the mechanic, something I'd never done before. I would happily buy another car from this dealership!

Wilsonville Subaru review
We bought a vehicle from Harrison Luccock at Wilsonville Subaru and we absolutely love it!!! The staff there was amazing and very friendly. Any issue that arose they handled immediately and professionally . The car we wanted wasn’t available so they gave us “plan B” and we love it!!!! Thanks for being so amazing and if we get another vehicle, we are coming to y’all. As a side note, we went to the Toyota dealer first and their customer service was horrible! I will stick with Subaru!!!

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
