I was leaving for a week on vacation when my car started acting up. I called Russ (my salesman from a year ago) and he had me drop it off that Saturday. The Service Department looked at it on Wednesday, ordered the part and fixed my car before I returned from vacation at no cost to me as it was covered under my powertrain warranty. I was super excited that they went above and beyond to bring my car home for me. I want to personally thank Derrick (hopefully I spelled it right) for keeping me updated while I was in Tennessee and for making sure everything went smoothly. 2023 Honda CR-V review
I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. Smoky Jennings in Palmyra has phenomenal customer service. I went in for an oil change and was told the 4th oil change was free. I was shocked but pleased and when they brought my car around it had just been washed. Wow-I was impressed with their customer service. They continually exceed my expectations!!! Amazing employees and service!!!! As a side note, the woman I met while waiting was from Godfrey which is approximately 50 minutes away and she ALWAYS comes to Smoky Jennings because of the great service!!! 2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. 2025 Volvo XC60 review
Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

2025 Nissan Rogue review
This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

2021 Volvo XC40 review
My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

2020 Lincoln Corsair review
I purchased a Corsair used after a test drive. I love the leg room and all of the features it has. It is comfortable, drives very nice, is quiet, has plenty of power and I really like the good gas mileage. I think it’s a classy looking SUV and it looks very nice in my garage.

I tracked six cars within 100 miles of my home for more than a year. One-by-one, these cars disappeared as other people bought them. After watching one of the remaining ones linger on the lot for more than a year, I visited the dealership during Labor Day weekend. About 10 days later, I contacted the dealer through Cars.com. Ben Ellis replied. He was polite and answered all of my questions. I visited this past weekend to test-drive the car and talk to Ben. I had not bought a car in more than 10 years. A lot has changed about the process and I'd never bought a car from a small-town dealer. I prepared for all sorts of negatives that never happened - no upselling, no pushing unwanted dealer add-ons, no "what monthly payment are you looking for?" conversations. I went in prepared and knew what I would pay and what I would not. Ben and Roger Jennings couldn't have been easier about all aspects of the process - trade-in, finance and purchase. It was stressless, cordial and simple. Ben assisted me with the OnStar and SiriusXM set-ups, answered my vehicle questions and asked if I had more questions. If I buy a Buick, Chevy or GMC in the future, I'll consider making the jaunt to Roger Jennings to do it.
2023 GMC Terrain review
Pleased with overall package. Not for speed enthusiasm driving but will get you there. Average gas mileage. Ride not the smoothest but okay. Overall, I'm pleased. Haven't had an American car in years. This Terrain SLT is nice 👍🏾.
