He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. 2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

2022 Tesla Model Y review
The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

2023 Cadillac XT4 review
My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. 2018 Jeep Compass review
I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

2021 BMW X3 review
I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

2023 Nissan Rogue review
So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque review
Purchased this Évoque in December 2025. Car had around $32k miles and looked brand new inside. Definitely feels luxurious. We especially love the heated seats in the back. Very easy and comfortable to drive. The roof is a tad lower than other SUVs we've had, so we had to get a little used to that, but it didn't take long. Very pleased with our selection and would recommend.

2021 Lexus NX 300h review
The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

2026 Subaru Forester Hybrid review
Great value. Good combination of performance and economy. Sometimes while first starting the conversion from battery to gas mode is very noticeable. Gas mileage should be around 36 for combined driving in the warm weather.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
2022 Volvo XC60 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid review
I have owned 2 Volvo's and both have been amazing including the 22 XC60 PHEV. I once had to wait for a part for longer than I would have liked but I was in a service loaner that was an upgrade to my car so I'm not really complaining. Overall, the car is quick, great on gas when I'm not using Electric daily. It's comfortable, great to look at, it can tow small boats/campers and is great for a small family/couple. I couldn't have been happier, it was just what I needed before going all the way EV.
