Zimbrick Acura review
The service representative was very nice in all conversations and kept me well informed. He apologized for the delay even though the problem ended up being unique and took a while to work through. I was given a loaner vehicle so there was very little inconvenience to me. He even came out to clear an old service code that was not reset with the previous maintenance after I picked my car back up. I generally could not be happier!

Zimbrick Acura review
I purchased a certified VW Routan in Ausgust 2011 and despite not wanting to face becoming older and needing a van, I love it. My VW Jetta was a reliable wonderful car and the service department at our local VW is wonderful, so I knew I had to purchase a Routan. It has been a great car and Zimbrick sold us a great car. We went down to look at the van and bought it and drove it home that evening.

Zimbrick Hyundai WestReviews
Zimbrick Hyundai West review
Looking for a new vehicle. Stopped into Zimbrick Hyundai to test drive two different models. Was shocked at how nice it was to have a no pressure test drive. Let me really get a feel for the vehicles. Although I didn’t purchase that day, should I purchase a new Hyundai, I will do it at Zimbrick on the Westside! I would have given a 5 for facilities but all the vehicles inside the showroom were locked, I understand it’s due to Covid but it would be nice to look inside without a sales person.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes through Derek Austin and I'm extremely happy. The buying process was smooth and painless. I knew what I wanted before I had got there and he answered all my questions quickly to help me make mind up. I would recommend anyone to go through him.

If outstanding was available that is how I would rate this dealership. Staff is truly amazing with sales and service second to none. Tony LaBerge always takes the time to answer my questions and ensures that he keeps me informed on topics of interest. Facilities are always clean with a excellent selection of cars available. If you are looking for a Mercedes Benz, Audi, Porsche, Smart or Sprinter I highly recommend Zimbrick European.

Rosen Nissan of MadisonReviews
Rosen Nissan of Madison review
Me and my son walked into Rosen Nissan Madison around 3:15p on Fight Night Saturday after receiving a pre-approval letter in the mail. I was unsure about my likeliness of getting approved for a lease seeing that my credit situation wasn't the best. Kory Branton (Salesperson) was the first person that offered me help and I must say he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! After being denied consultation from another dealership earlier that day, my hopes were completely down but Kory changed that immediately! I have never in my lifetime seen an individual work so hard and efficient to make something happen with so much patience. Kory, along with the rest of the team (Ed [Finance Guy], Cory [Sales Manger]); could have easily turned us around at anytime and told us to come back but instead they were willing to stay an HOUR AFTER closing time in order to help us! We are so grateful that you all were willing to sacrifice your time and patience to assist us with our purchase! Words can not explain how much this means to us and how much this moment has helped our family here in Madison. My son was so impressed with you all's service that he no longer wishes to pursue Chevy & Jeep products. He wants to purchase a Nissan so that he could do business with you all again. Thank you all so much! P.S. Kory you are the absolute best sales person we have come across and with your work ethic you will make it so far in life beyond all of your expectations! Keep doing what you're doing!

I was extremely happy that Stuart, my service representative took the time to listen to my concerns. Once the inspection was complete, he explained each line item. I made the decision to only do 2 or the 7 recommendations at this time. I never once felt pressured to get all done immediately. He even highlighted the items that would be wise for me to do next. I will definitely go back for the additional recommendations to this location

Very good service and communication from Zimbrick Chevrolet. I was traveling from my home in Northern Wisconsin on my way to my Mothers funeral that is an hour south of Madison when lifter failure occurred on my 2019 Silverado on I90 where I’m not used to traveling in that chaos let alone break down in that traffic. I limped into Zimbrick Friday afternoon and Service Advisor Andy Frick was the most helpful guy I could have asked for in such a terrible time. My extended warranty covered the repair and my truck was ready by the following Wednesday. Awesome guys at Zimbrick as Andy and the Mechanic deserves much credit for a job well done.

Zimbrick Chevrolet review
My experience of buying our new equinox was outstanding. Will was a great salesman. The issue I had was the charge of 850.00 for preping the car. The interior was not cleaned very well, windows very smugged and streaked. Dash was not cleaned well. I had washed and tires treated by me before I brought it in. So that was the issue. Will again was a great salesman.

Metro Ford of Madison review
I found the vehicle I wanted on the internet. I emailed Metro Ford on a Friday night. David Burns replied early Saturday morning. I called to make sure the vehicle was still there because I live 1 1/2 hours away. He put the vehicle on hold for me. By Saturday afternoon I had my vehicle. Thank you David Burns.

The service was very good and everyone did their best to accommodate the process. For my job, I failed to get a written estimate and the verbal that I recalled was $880. When the work was finished the bill was $1000. I will return, but the next time, have an itemized estimate in writing. Dave Richmond

Metro Kia of Madison review
My daughter needed a new car and I have tried contacting many of the local Kia dealers in regards to cars they have listed on their website. Metro Kia of Madison was excellent with communication and follow through the others didn't respond (1 finally after a week) in a timely manner. While it wasn't in stock, it was expected to be in soon. So one of the sales associates let us test drive his personal car that was the same make and model. He was polite and answered all of our questions.

CarMax Des Moines review
When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.

CarMax OmahaReviews
CarMax Omaha review
My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
