Owned a 2018 Chevy Tahoe premier for about a year got it at 68k miles currently at 91k planning to keep this car forever have been keeping up with the maintenance replaced the heater hoses, magna ride struts in the front no major major issues with the Tahoe so far love it

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

He let me know of an additional service that was available, but without any hard sell, and returned later to do that too. I have had 2 2004 explorers ( BOTH AWESOME! Over 220k miles each!!) And I bought a 2010 Eddie Bauer with roughly 100k. Absolutely beautiful vehicle, met all my needs (twin 8 year olds then, almost 13 year olds now) so lots of friends, lots of bags, skis, skateboards etc... I loved all of them, they all served me very very well. All were totalled by uninsured drivers in michigan. Literally. T-boned, rear ended, t- boned. And I'm about to buy another one. 2010 explorer, 111k miles. I know it will need the routine repair stuff, but I am 100% more confident in buying yet another Explorer than buying some unibody crap. I'd recommend a 2010 every day. Just pay a mechanic $100 to look it over and drive it. Every day, all day. Loved all my Explorers.

I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

Great car! The administration (new car, service) )building was spacious and clean. The preowned building was clean, just not 'new'. The admin building was a preferred place to wait for the paperwork closing process - which took a little longer than hoped for this out-of-state sale and licensing requirements. I would highly recommend this dealership based on our experience. Still a few open items from our sale but the needed items are on order.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

Easy to book, easy to drop off. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the guest wifi is terrible (low, slow signal in the customer waiting area) and I was unable to work for the hour I was there for service.

Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.
