I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. Joe made us feel comfortable and was patient with us in finding a 2023 Terrain in great condition and at our price point. I also want to thank the other Joe in the finance department. This was the first 'new' car purchase both me and my wife, so we had a bunch of questions. He was also patient and kind in answering all our questions. He helped us to be able to drive off in a beautiful vehicle that we could truly afford. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

Mostly always a heart breaker! Have stated this many times before...to no avail! No initial person assigned to place a paper mat on your floor and collect your keys or move your vehicle to a unconscious location..no service rep to greet you with your request etc etc...

In my experience, everyone is courteous, professional, and efficient. You really can?t ask for more from a service department. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Crown Buick GMC of Metairie.

I did my research, called with the exact car and my specs, and he LISTENED. He was patient, professional, and knowledgeable and above all accomodated our needs. Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!
