2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2018 Audi Q7 review
I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

2020 Nissan Pathfinder review

2022 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

2021 GMC Yukon review
I own a 2021 Yukon Denali with 23K. At nearly $90k, I purchased every option except for the silly entertainment screens fastened to the back of the front seat headrests. (nice for leaving the imprint of your passenger's faces on the screen in an accident - buy a couple of iPads. First of all, kudos to GM engineers. Technology actually exceeds German cars I've owned. Rear view camera is GREAT and adjustable for brightness, distance and width. But, make sure you purchase the washer for the rear lens...Miirror is almost unusable in rain..(blurring with rain and dirt quickly. I'm 6'2" and really ticked-off there isn't a handle on the "A" pillar to grab to pull into the driver's seat. They put a handle at the upper center of the door opening. What is that for? I have to grab the steering wheel (fortunately rigid with the engine off). Another big problem is the loss of both knees in a frontal accident. With the steering wheel all the way back, I can't even come close to stretching my leg out. Really! A couple of bigger issues: I know the front of this vehicle is right off of the truck, but the end result of the gigantic, unsloped hood, is the inability to see anything 12 feet in front of you. And making right turns.....better memorize that curb before you start your right turn because you won't see it again. Just "that look " from your wife as you run over the curb again with your right rear wheel. Lastly, I hope someone from GM reads this.....With all the awesome high-tech items on this car, why are there no "turn" lights? You know, the lights that let you see where you're going, especially right turns. Porsche has LED lights designated for turns that light up the whole area you're turning into. In the Yukon at least I'll see what I ran over with the terrific rear view mirror! My only intermittent mechanical annoyance is when I push the door handle to lock the doors. It's supposed to fold the mirrors in which is a good way to check you locked the vehicle. occasionally , they don't fold and I have to push the button 4 times. Of course, the mechanic needs only to push the button till it works and tell me it's working. Twice. Guess they win. I'll live with it. Now for the rest: Fantastic overall vehicle! With the air suspension it rides better than Mercedes or Lexus. I always get positive remarks from passengers. The steering wheel control for the Active Cruise control is absolutely perfect. I've driven between Arizona and Colorado without taking my hands off the wheel (just moving my thumb). And the engine, I LOVE THE INLINE 3.0 DIESEL! Almost got the 6 liter but took a chance on the diesel that just came out (in 2021). Same exact torque as the V8 and great for passing. The big difference ..... I had to take a photo of my dash to prove to my friends....heading back to Phoenix with 256 miles on the odometer averaging 30.2 mpg going the speed limit! My Porsche Cayenne gets 19.6mpg (not going the speed limit). The 9 cameras help when parking unless your wife is with you. When I come to a stop I'm waiting for my wife to hold up the 1 to 10 signs like the judges in the olympics. And lastly, For a car that will raise 5" in 4 low, why does the car come with 1 ply polyester sidewalls ? I'm not comfortable on gravel or rocky roads for fear of a sidewall puncture. I highly recommend this vehicle. The designers did a great job making this big vehicle look sleek and smaller than it is. I'm a bit unnerved when I see a vehicle like mine come flying into a parking spot for a perfect 4-point landing and the driver is a 110 lb soccer mom. 2012 Toyota Highlander review
Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.

2016 Nissan Pathfinder review
Bought new in CT to retire to FL, seats 7, towing pkg, 4 wd. Hit byone car from side, rear ended by another and hit road debris at 70 mph. All repairs done by Nissan and still like new. Poor mpg around town but decent on cruise control. We keep our cars well past 100k (250k on WRX), so we will likely keep it for many years.

My wife and I bought 2 24 Grand Cherokee’s from Allyson Laws at Napleton and it was a great buying experience. We appreciate great service and great was what we go from Allyson. We were just really shopping when we contacted Allyson She worked hard to develop the sale and then close it. We were challenging customers, we were looking for unique configs, we were under a tight time line due to the desired Chrysler incentive ending and we were not local to the Dealership. Everything until signing and pick up were done by email, text of phone call. Allyson was awesome from start to finish with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and patience with us ( I almost changed my mind on what model I wanted at the last minute). She found the configs we wanted and worked hard to get them. One came from a dealer 400 miles away. She will work hard to get what you want. Again we are challenging ( Engineer and Data Scientist) we have a lot of questions and Allyson mastered each and every on everyone of them. She worked both deals simultaneously and it was flawless. Additionally the weather was absolutely terrible with snow and seriously below zero temps. I really don’t know how she pulled it off actually; I’m really impressed. Her walk through was superb and notable because it was 20 below zero that day. I would not hesitate to buy again from Allyson. I expect that in a couple of years we will go back to buy another Jeep GC and she will be running the Dealership. Allyson is top notch.

2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

2022 Hyundai PALISADE review
Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

2019 Lexus LX 570 review
This vehicle is extremely comfortable and easy to drive. Fuel mileage is not the best, but that was known on the front end. The purchase was simply a reward to self. You won’t be disappointed if you buy one, too.
