We had a great experience thanks to Steven! He was straight to the point and efficient with timing and paperwork. I highly recommend asking for him when you arrive to this dealership.
2022 Subaru Outback review
We purchased the Touring model. We absolutely love this car. 2022 was the first year the Touring model had cooling seats. Cooling seats should be a necessity for people with neurodegenerative disorders who have difficulty regulating their body temperature.

Nucar Chevrolet of New Castle review
Nucar Chevrolet gave me a completely satisfying experience when I purchased my new 2019 Silverado High Country. The dealership offered a wide selection of trucks -- in a variety of colors and trim packages. As an out of state customer, the dealership worked together as a team to put together an attractive cash purchase for me. Great communication, and extremely friendly service! I am very happy with my purchase, and would definitely shop at Nucar for a future auto purchase.
2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

Great place to buy a car. People are friendly, vehicles are priced fairly, top dollar for trades. Where else can you go to see and drive all makes and models for all brands.
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

Have taken several vehicles to BCP for service, They have always been friendly and taken time to understand my concerns. They seem very busy , but have always listened to my issues, some places put "you" on hold while they answer a call. I like the personal attention while there. Have never had any complaints with them, always professional. Great staff .. Stew and Will are very good
2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
Bought new. 50k on the odometer. Nothing of any concern has happened and Ford has a generous 10k miles between maintenance intervals. Stock tires on the Badlands did not last anywhere near their projected life. With the new tires I’m getting around 28mpg now. The badlands GOAT modes have gotten me through a lot of OHV trails and forest roads. The suspension articulates well. Anything I’ve dared to ask it do it has done.

Great Experience. Salesman not pushy at all! Loved it. My daughter had a list of cars and this gentleman had each car ready when we finished each test drive. Love AutoLenders!
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

2024 Subaru Forester review
the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

2020 Chevrolet Traverse review
I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

2026 Mazda CX-90 review
After owning several luxury SUV”s , the Mazda CX 90 with the inline 6 engine, is amazing and just as luxurious! The cabin is quiet the ride is smooth and have taken several road trips without any problems. We have been very impressed with the gas mileage on this AWD as well. The third row is ideal for anyone under 5.11, and it’s very convenient to have rear AC that can be controlled by rear passengers.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Willis Chevrolet review
Held off on buying a car for over 14 years due to horror stories about dealing with dealerships.. Saw this dealership had great reviews so I took the chance. Turns out the reviews were accurate. Glenn was a great salesman. Felt no pressure at any time and was extremely insightful/helpful during the whole process. He even followed up a couple weeks later to see how I was liking the new Truck. Tony from the financing end was great as well and extremely accommodating. Drove over 2 hours to this dealership because of the customer service, and it was well worth it. AutoLenders of Newtown Square review
This is the third time buying a car from AutoLenders. The last time was many years ago. They are getting better with time for sure. The cars on the lot are all in excellent shape and well maintained by prior owners. I love the no haggle buying experience. I feel as though I got an excellent deal on my Hyundai Tucson. The 6 month warranty through the dealer shows they stand by their sales and want you to have peace of mind that problems will be handled. Julian was an excellent sales person and incredibly customer service oriented. He kept running out into the rain to get cars ready for me to drive. He was knowledgeable and informative. Lucas was very helpful and professional in his work to secure financing for my car. Thanks to the team at AutoLenders Newtown Square!

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

Ralph is fantastic! So was every other member of the staff we interacted with when we purchased our pre-owned car last month. We were treated like we were buying the most expensive vehicle at the dealership, when I think it was actually the least expensive. Just a fabulous experience!

It was one of the best experiences buying a used car in years. I found the employees knowledgeable, honest and fair. The offer was exactly as stated in line. The auto is in perfect condition with low mileage at a more than fair price. I would highly recommend This dealership to anyone looking for a great used car.
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

First time buyer at D'Ambrosio as we had been looking for a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee for our daughter. The team was so very helpful for our family and Rachel Brennan did an awesome job! 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

AutoLenders ExtonReviews
AutoLenders Exton review
Since it's been six months since I bought my 2014 Magma Red Touring Sport 370z from Auto Lenders down in Exton, I thought It would be a good time to leave a long term review for anyone curious. Pro's - -Super easy to get into contact with, either with text or call. -Super Friendly, laid back, not pushy -Good Atmosphere. As someone who's been around dealerships for half of my life since my father was a master mechanic, this place felt welcoming, and the staff were nice, friendly and laidback as I stated before. It's also very clean and accommodating If you need to hang around for awhile. No sitting in a small room with magazines. -Relatively Quick all things considered. I went in to see my 370z around 2:30 from what I remember, and I was out the door by 6ish(Sorry guys for making you stay past closing!) -No one in the car with you for test driving. This isn't a bag per say, I was just super surprised by this. I walked in, showed serious interest, and my guy, Ryan, just got it prepped for me and let me take it out with a spin. I thought for sure he or someone else would come with me since it's a sports car, but nope. -Didn't try to rip me off with any of that extra crap like paint and fabric protection, Nitogren tires etc, thank god. I think mine only had etching. -Very transparent in their pricing, and give you time to think it over. I felt literally zero pressure from my guy Ryan, or anyone. They honored their sales price. -Financing. I don't know for other people, but they were nearly able to match my own bank, with my bank giving 5% APR, and their Bank in Pittsburg giving me 6% APR, and that's for a sports car. Granted I have goodish credit, so I don't know how it would work for people with bad credit, so I guess this point subjective. Cons- -No Haggling on car price. What you see is what you get there. I paid a premium for my car but If you do solid research on 370z, you find it's basically worth what they were selling it for. Mine was a garage kept from what I could see, one owner, clean title with 59K milage, well maintained, second rarest color, top every day trim(The Nismo is the track trim), tires and brakes still newish when I bought it. Mine an auto which wasn't my first choice BUT its still a great car for what it is, the last mechanical, analog sports car that's bound to be a classic in the future. These cars, If well maintained, hold their value, so I don't fault them for not tolerating haggling. As for a normal, commuter car, that may be different. Shout out to Ryan, Gus and Joe. Good guys. The Owner was also nice and very laid back.
2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

2021 Subaru Forester review
Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

2023 Subaru Forester review
Overall, at 60k miles, I’ve had no problems and am very happy. I average around 34 mpg’s with mixed driving. I’m happy with the acceleration as well, even though Subaru’s without a turbo are sometimes labeled as slow. I have no problem merging onto highways. The Forester is an easy to live with SUV/car. The rear room is adequate, although the CRV offers about 10 cubic feet more rear capacity. Visibility is excellent. The CVT is smooth and has simulated shifts, just make sure you change the fluid every 30k! I own the Limited with leather seats that are very comfortable. Sometimes the response time on the radio/touch screen can feel a little delayed. I also opted for the dimming driver/rear view mirrors which is great during winter commuting. It saves your eyes from glare. Very view cars offer this which is why I went with the Subaru. My only “major” complaint with the car is a slight rattle coming from the dash board area. It isn’t always there, but is present enough to bother me. Aside from that it is an excellent vehicle and value for the money!

AutoLenders was great to work with. When we couldn’t find the vehicle we were looking for with all the features at their particular location, they were willing to bring in two additional vehicles from other locations for us to also test drive, at no cost to us. Because of their flexibility and ability to bring these other cars in, we ended up purchasing our vehicle from them. They were great to work with!

Most pleasant car buying experience! Lisa was outstanding! She was very patient as I test drove truck after truck, after until I got exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or forced into something I didn't want, I knew she was listening to me and getting me the best deal. I will buy all my cars from here going forward!
2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.
