McGovern Volvo Cars Albany review
We saw a Volvo XC60 online at MoGovern Volvo page and decided since we were in Albany we would check it out. The girl at the front desk took such good care of us since we didn’t have an appointment, she made it happen with Morgan and even though he was with someone else, he also made time for us. We test drove the car and love it. We gave a deposit and made an appointment in two days to come and finalize the deal. Morgan was very helpful when we came back and did the best he could as they still needed to prep the car before we could have it. It did take longer than we expected, but we went for lunch and when we came back only waited a few minutes before Morgan showed us everything and we were on our way. Also, the guy in the finance dept was very helpful.

Was looking for a newer Suburban with low miles. I saw Mark had one. I emailed him he got right back to me. I test drove it on black Friday he offered me a fair trade for my older suburban with 100+ miles on it. Everything about the car buying experience was so easy. Mark took care of all the DMV stuff and inspection. I drove it off the lot the following Friday. Love the new Suburban! Will definitely go back

Drove to dealer after getting notice on dash for second time in a week that a tire had low pressure. They took a video of the inspection by the tech which showed a prior patch coming undone. They recommended four new tires given their age & wear which I agreed to. Now have peace of mind when driving. Alissa was great as usual with her good advice. Thank you!

Main Motorcar Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Main Motorcar Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Several months ago, I purchased a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Main Motorcar in downtown Johnstown. The exact model I was interested in was unfortunately not available for sale at the time I first inquired at the dealership. Fortunately, I was notified by my salesperson - Shannon - as soon as they could custom-order the vehicle to my desired specifications. Ordering the Jeep was surprisingly fast and simple. I was provided with periodic updates as the Wrangler moved through the manufacturing process, too. I was given an approximate time frame for delivery and was pleasantly surprised when it rolled off the assembly line sooner than scheduled. Just before my Wrangler was scheduled to arrive however, the Nissan I planned to trade-in suffered an apparently common electronic failure. I began working with the original Nissan dealership (not Main Motorcar) to fix the issue and was charged almost $1,500 for the repair. Days later, I found out the pricey problem was actually covered by a recall; frustratingly, the Nissan dealership refused to refund my payment. Only after a series of phone calls to the unhelpful big-city Nissan dealership was I told to call the Nissan corporate office for a resolution. The folks at Main Motorcar were kind enough to step in and provide some much-needed assistance in dealing with the Nissan corporate office to help me obtain my refund for the now-recall-eligible repair. They were able to expedite the process with Nissan corporate... something the Nissan dealership refused to do. Even with the trade-in difficulties, I was offered a fair value for the Nissan from Main Motorcar. Months later, I am extremely happy with my purchase as well as my experience with the staff at Main... who went out of their way to help make the purchasing and trade-in processes go as smoothly as possible. Based on my experience, I have been recommending that my friends and family - and anyone who has asked about my car-buying experience - stop by Main Motorcar in Johnstown. They have earned a customer for life!

Made the car buying experience something I was able to deal with. I hate the "car buying" games from most dealerships and Mark the owner does not do that. He shot straight from the start. Car we bought had a minor issue after getting it home and he quickly fixed it, no questions asked. Quality cars and would go back and buy again.

Goldstein Subaru review
Greetings worth visiting for. Walking into Goldstein Subaru (through the automatic front door, too👍🏼), I was welcomed pleasantly, immediately and with friendly faces that helped right away. Not the usual dealership entry experience—great! The showroom is large, bright, and well organized, not only with one of every Subaru model, but space to move and look around, too. Parking, entry, sales, service, and inventory. CHECK. Happy and warm welcome? Double check. Goldstein is worth a visit in this area, anytime! Highly recommended.

Mark at 2010 Auto Sales was honest and straight forward. His low pressure sales technique allows you to shop around freely but he is always available to answer questions about the vehicle. He is knowledgeable about everything on his lot. He is great with the paperwork and is helpful throughout the entire process. He is friendly as well. Very relatable and makes you feel like you're family. I highly recommend visiting his shop for your next purchase. Thanks Mark! -Scott K

I would like to commend the Service Department, specifically Mike Ready who assisted me with an issue with a used vehicle I purchased recently from Nemer and had to have serviced at my local VW Dealership. Mike and his team verified repairs were done correctly and made sure I remained a happy customer. I also want to acknowledge Salesman Noah and Sales Manager Brad for all your help with this process. Nemer stood by their word to exceed my expectations and they did.

Since I’ve purchased my car at the wedekind, it’s been nothing but the BEST experience when it comes to a car dealership. I would simply call in last minute for an oil change or if I need someone to take a look at my car for any issues and they would accommodate my needs without any hesitation. Great teamwork, My sales guy took his time to make sure I was comfortable in my new ride before purchasing it. Everyone at Wedekind is friendly, understanding, very patient and helpful. I would recommend anyone here to purchase a new ride. TEAM WEDEKIND 😎 Best in Schenectady!

I needed a van for my business and called Bob Karl's to see if they had any in stock that fit what I needed. Bob said he didn't have what I was looking for in stock but he would find one for me and 8 days later he called me about a cargo van that was exactly what I needed. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Bob Karl's and I have been very happy with both of them. Thanks for your help.

I worked out a deal with Aaron Butler on a 2019 Subaru Forester base listed at 25K and he helped my getting it down to 21,900. Then joe came in and did all the paper work and was very helpful through the whole process. I will be returning here for all of my maintenance and also when I’m ready to trade in for my next Subaru. Loved the place.

Second time I bought here, I especially liked working with the salesman, Larry Dudley. The Forrester is great. Good staff, good selection of used cars, too.
