I purchase my car brand new. Considering the brands history and parts the car is reliable. I get about 300 miles on a fuel tank. The fuel mpg js reasonable for the size of the vehicle. The speed is a plus. I’m able to transport and carry cargo items. One disadvantage is the rear cargo area (smaller) because of the extra battery or engine. However, you can place the seats down to make the space. Transporting people at the full capacity (7) and luggage will not work. It’s quiet and the technology is superb. It’s very spacious in the inside and I’m excited. My local commutes have been well. I’ll have to see how it works on the road with the smaller fuel capacity but the pros outweigh because you get better gas mileage.

I received a fair price for my vehicle the process was strait forward and easy. Shawn was very professional. Great experience.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

These guys (Paul and Jason) were great to deal with. They did not pressure me into anything. Will be bringing my car back in for them to service also.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

I wish I could give them a 10 or more. We just bought a car the other day. Kyle and Shawn were both great people. Easy to talk to. They helped us out and finding the right deal for us. I can’t thank them enough. Super nice and super helpful. I now have a newer car and happy with what I got. They already looked at some issues and also they even fixed one issue in the spot before we even got approved they did everything we asked them to do. This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

It is a reliable vehicle I use for my field trips as a Scientific Researcher in the University. Performance and Reliability are the Hallmarks. It takes you there and Back with no worries of being left midstream.

I cannot recommend united motors enough. I bought a used Subaru crosstrek from them, and they gave me the best price I had seen anywhere. This is the 2nd XTERA I have owned I wish Nissian still made them. This is by far the best 4wheel drive vehicle in the snow. I have driven thru snow up to the bottom of the doors and handles great all year round

I truly hope this reaches as many eyes as possible and to whoever that may be reading the reviews trying to find out if this car dealership is legitimate or not. Before I get into my review, I first want to say that I have read ALL the reviews on this dealership (and I'm ONLY going to speak on THIS dealership) and one of the things that I have noticed is that when reading negative reviews, you really have to take it with a grain of salt because people these days when reviewing can be full of $#&! People are either unaccountable, have very poor communication, or blame the dealership for things that are either out of their control or things they didn't promise. And quite frankly, most of these bad reviews do not even add up or make sense. If a vehicle was fine when you bought it, then some months down the road something happens, you cannot write a bad review & blame the dealership for selling you a lemon. That is NOT a lemon. This is a used car, 'as is' dealership. Do your due diligence. Crazy thing is that if there is a problem, they will actually work with you to fix it so you can buy with confidence. My point is, the negative reviews in this case are xx. I don't know what kind of problem people have for the guys at United Motors (maybe it's because they're foreigners and have accents when speaking English), but it's childish and unacceptable. No, I'm not paid to say these things. I don't know these people like that. But I am trying to rightfully restore the undeserving somewhat negative reputation of this dealership. Now onto my review, I bought a 2019 Audi A8L from them and I'm out of state in Missouri. When I first saw the listing, I instantly fell in love with the car. I called and instantly spoke to John. By the way, every single time that I have called, emailed or texted John has always ALWAYS answered the phone or responded the same day. Whatever paperwork I've needed, various information from Audi, warrantees , stuff for bank etc, John was ALWAYS on top of everything and has always delivered in a very timely manner. After the logistics were done, I flew into Denver. I finally met John and Alex, which was a great pleasure, as they were some of the kindest and down to earth individuals I've ever met. Speaking of how they treated me, maybe they were kind to me, because I was also kind to them. Imagine that. People treat you how you treat them. Anyways, I saw the car and test drove it. It was everything they said it was. I paid, and drove it directly home 9 hours to Missouri. Boom, done. Are they perfect? No. The dealership is small which is fine but customer parking is confusing with all the cars around. However, the cars are as they advertise and they are excellent people. Prices were very fair, fees were minimal and they were honest. John and Alex, thank you for an unforgettable experience at United Motors. I would DEFINITELY buy from them and drive 9 hours home again.

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

The dealership did a good job with helping me out with trading my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali, you team worked on my truck for almost 3 months and unfortunately the truck still had a lot of issues. So I really appreciate the dealership working with me to get me out of the GMC and into a brand new truck.

I honestly wish I would have bought my car at Ed Bozarth?s. I just got a popped tire and the service team was great but then I had to try to get ahold of the finance team and Chevy north broadway to see if it?s covered. I called five times and no answer! I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. What a fabulous experience!! Hamzah Adi was our dealer to purchase my daughter's first car and he was ZERO pressure 10,000% help. He made this experience so much fun. The Outlander Sport is a fabulous CUV that is underrated. The handling and ride are perfect and does 0-60 in 7.7 seconds. The interior space is generous and attractive. The maintenance is simple to do. I change the oil and transmission service myself. The structure is solid and creak free. The car was a steal even in the sel trim.

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

These guys are amazing. So helpful, honest, and always a great deal. We have bought 2 cars here now and tried going to another dealer in between to our great regret. We will never go anywhere else!

The 4Runner was a great car and lasted up to 218k. Did had a couple issues here and there, but other than that, it had never let me down.

I really appreciated the service and attention from Radik, a great car guy who runs a fantastic dealer with attentive and fast service. They have some nice cars at a good price and they took care of a couple of issues right away to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely highly recommend.

My only issue is it uses a lot of oil they had a 2008 recall on oil consumption they did not do anything for the 2009 with the same. Uses a quart every 500 miles. Bad lower rings, Toyota knew that in 08.
