2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

2021 Kia Sorento review
THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

2026 Acura MDX review
A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2018 Lexus RX 350 review
My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

2025 Acura MDX review
After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. I was provided with a loaner CT4, which I greatly appreciated—it made the transition seamless since it was the same model I’m familiar with. Mike later contacted me to provide an update. He informed me that while the paint had been retouched, he personally didn’t feel it was much of an improvement over my own previous touch-up. He also noted that the parking sensors were tested and found to be operating as expected. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely pleased with the paint work—it looked much better than I anticipated. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. 2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

2022 Acura MDX review
I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

2014 BMW X5 review
This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

glenda was amazing! will send everybody i know to her! She made everything seem easy! My only concern was her manager Tony. As she was going over the financing with me. I clearly heard him call her to get her xxx to where he was on behind the desk! I couldn’t believe a manager was talking to her like that. That was unprofessional and out right disrespectful to her! No only did i hear i know that other people heard. I felt sorry for her. Unfortunately she didn’t make a fuss about it. The look in her eyes told me everything! It’s not funny to show your power by disrespecting anyone when they are clearly working to make you money. Especially someone who’s a woman! Thanks for everything Glenda!
2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.
