Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram review
I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from Chapman last night. This was the best buying experience I've ever had. Everything from placing the factory order to picking up the car was a breeze. Ordering: I worked out pricing and ordered the car through email with Ashley Ryan (Thanks for everything Ashley). Chapman was $6K cheaper than my local Jeep Dealership. No deposit was required, and they didn't require me to finance through them to place a factory order. Waiting on Arrival: Ashley was always in touch. She would update me through every step of the manufacturing process, always keeping me up to in the loop on progress and delivery date. Trade: A few weeks before my Jeep arrived, I went down to Chapman to discuss trading in my old Jeep. One of the Chapman Sales Professionals, Kevin Brown, helped me get my appraisal and worked out a trade in price. Chapman's offer was very fair and higher than my local dealing. It was also competitive with the online car purchasers such as Vroom. With the sales tax savings I actually came out ahead by trading in with Chapman. Pick up: When my car arrived, I worked with Liz Marucci who got my car detailed and ready to go. She helped me set up my Uconnect, Satellite Radio and Jeep wave stuff. It was great not having to Navigate these set ups on my own. I did not receive this kind attentive full service from my last Jeep dealer. Liz made sure everything was perfect before I drove my Jeep home. Financing: For convenience, I had already setup financing locally but the financing that Chapman offered was identical to what I got from my local credit union which I have not seen from most dealerships. And last but not least, they offered me a ton of extended warranty and protection options once. When I declined, they didn't try to push any of this down my throat. Closing the deal and finishing the paperwork was simple and fast. A++ for the whole Chapman Team. Best price and buying experience. I will be going back for my next car purchase.
2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable, whether I'm commuting daily or taking longer road trips. My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! 2023 INFINITI QX60 review
It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.
