I went to Destination Nissan on July 6 to purchase a new 2026 Rogue. I meet Ian Leon. I told him what I was looking for. He went out of his way to help me. A few hours later. I purchase a 2026 Rogue SV. I was very happy with it and Ian did a great job.

Broadway Garage review
I’ve never had a buying experience this easy at any dealership. Took the car for test ride by myself, that was different. Karlee got me financing got me a good warranty on the car gave it to me for an excellent price. Nobody stalked me while I was looking to car over, it was really refreshing to be able to lift a vehicle over without somebody chattering in your ear. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I will buy from there again. Larry Hoyt Jr

Searching for new vehicle after being struck by evader resulting in total loss of my loved Ford Fusion AWD. Search paid off when finding Crossroads Ford. John Sterrett quickly responsed to my inquiry and I took the ride north as he had several vehicles I was considering. After test drives I was elated to have a like new AWD Ford Fusion from Crossroads. Zero presure , no nonsene, professional, polite and willing to talk dealership. Worth the trip fom Connecticut. Thank you John and the entire Crossroads Team. Tad Derouin

Managed to track down a car with a hard to find drivetrain option that Broadway Garage had. Arrived late in the day to look at it. Karlee put a plate on it to test drive and then left me to inspect the car as thoroughly as I wished, on my own. No pressure from a salesperson trying to speed things along, or steer me away from any potential problem areas. Then I took a test drive, alone, just like back in the day, no salesperson, no pressure. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. Could not have been happier with my experience.

Parts Manager Kevin Davis was super helpful with my urgent unique coolant hose need. He sourced the part and brought it into his Albany location overnight for me. I live in Southern Vermont and we have no dealer near us. Three cheers for Kevin….hip-hip 😎 W

CarMax West BroadReviews
CarMax West Broad review
First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

The Transfer process was unfriendly. The vehicle I was interested in had to be released from My hold and I had to wait until it came back on the website to request s transfer.
