2023 Honda Pilot review
I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Yesterday was the 28th anniversary of my partner'suicide. By accident, not design, I ended up having a wonderful day with the folks at Nash. From my first phone calls with Tracy, who answered the phone, I felt completely comfortable. I had picked out a car and a friend of mine in the area went to check it out for me. He was helped by Nadim, who then worked his "okole" (Hawaiian slang) off to get me to come down from L.A. to check out the car. He ran numbers for me and made them work. So, instead of me spending my day in a somber crying jag, I ended up finding and purchasing the car of my dreams. Matt helped answer my finance, warranty, seat cover, car cover questions and Emilio (forgive me I may have this name wrong), showed me all the technical aspects of the car. I know my angel in heaven helped me along the way. And it was a clincher when we turned on teh radio and it was already set to my favorite station KJAZZ. Go figure. Thank you Team Nash for your wonderful attitude, knowledge, tenacity and perseverence to bring the monthly in at an affordable rate for me. I ended up having a terrific day and it was all because of you folks. Can't wiat to start this new chapter in my life!
2006 Hummer H2 review
Owned a SUV and SUT. The Sut gets much more use due to the bed and ability to throw things in the back. The vehicle is an instant classic with interior parts costing as much as the vehicle. Check the price of a ABS pump before you buy one. H2s are expensive. 10mpg and $1500 for spare tire carriers, rock sliders, engines, transmissions, transfer cases. You will have trans problems if you have over 150k. I love the vehicle, but it's not a throwaway front wheel drive car, so don't treat it like it's one.
