2022 Jeep Compass review
I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Minneapolis: 3AM: Awake, Can’t sleep. Doom scrolling nationwide for a new Mercedes, and after being dismissed by my local Mercedes dealers, I found the car I wanted at Sisson Mercedes in Washington, Pennsylvania. Filled out the “I’m Interested” tab, not expecting to hear anything back, and a few hours later…It was 3AM after all…I got an e-mail from Kristin Presutti at Sisson Mercedes about the car I was interested in…Being we are both Italian, She made me an offer I couldn’t refuse and I now await my new Mercedes to arrive in Minneapolis from the suburbs of Pittsburgh. It’s now days later and I have yet to hear from my local Mercedes dealers…I have been buying cars since 1979 and Kristin is truly the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Simply outstanding.

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Cochran Kia, because it truly made a difference at a time when I felt overwhelmed and out of options. Several years ago, I found myself in a situation where my vehicle could no longer be repaired affordably. I had no choice but to return to the dealership where I had purchased my previous car in West Virginia. As a West Virginia teacher, “robbing Peter to pay Paul” is often a way of life, and unfortunately my credit had taken a hit. The result was frightening—my manageable $300-something payment was projected to jump to nearly $600 just to secure a loan. I was frantic and unsure how I would make it work. Another West Virginia teacher recommended Cochran Used Cars, and that referral changed everything. I decided to make the trip, and I am so grateful that I did. I was treated with respect, understanding, and honesty—and most importantly, I walked away with a brand-new vehicle and a payment that was truly affordable. At a time when I expected to be limited to something unreliable or far beyond my means, Cochran made what felt impossible become possible. That brand-new car exceeded every expectation. It has required no repairs, still looks great inside and out, and gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. I trusted it enough to send my daughter to Florida in my Kia Sportage, and as a result, I am now permanently driving her college runabout, a Nissan Versa. Because of that, I once again find myself in need of a reliable vehicle—and once again, I know exactly where I will go. I am still a West Virginia teacher, only this time I am working a second teaching job to make ends meet, and I need a dealership that understands real people, real numbers, and real life. Cochran has already proven that they can help me get a car that looks like it should be out of my budget—but somehow isn’t. Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.

2024 Kia Seltos review
I love my cute little Seltos! As a minivan mom of 19 years, it's been fun to switch it up. It has a sporty look yet is still practical enough to let my teenagers drive it. A couple things I wish the Seltos had that my basic minivan had (and probably available in other models): The driver side window doesn't roll up all the way without me holding onto the button the whole time. Definitely not a deal breaker, but I guess I used it in the van because I keep trying to do it in the Seltos. My biggest complaint is about SiriusXM. I know cars are starting to not even offer it, so I should be happy I still have it. My no frills, basic minivan's Sirius radio had it where you could select from three different screens. 1: The station name 2: The artist name 3: The song name. I loved being able to see a list of 6 artists per screen with 4 different screens and selecting the artist I wanted to listen to. It also let me save up to 40 of my favorite artists/songs, and whenever that artist or song played, it would let me know and I could switch stations to listen to. I used this often. The Seltos does not offer this. I can just see a list of stations playing. Of course I can see what artist and song are playing on the station I'm currently on, but it doesn't show me what's playing on the other stations. If anyone knows how to change this, let me know! I've spent quite a lot of time looking into this. This may be the end of my Sirius subscription because of this set up. Anyway, aside from the radio, I'm thoroughly enjoying my new ride and would recommend it to anyone!

The vehicle has exceeded my expectations. The van is so quiet and as a result the road noise is imperceptible. I can easily hear conversations from the back seats. The car rides so smoothly it seems like you are floating. I love the two-toned interior. The gas mileage is much better than I expected even though I have not made a long trip. When I told the general manager I did not want to dicker he came back with a fair offer that sped up the process. The finance guy & I had a lot in common, so the process did not feel like we were there as long as we actually were. Since the purchase my wife has called John several times, regarding different features and he was very helpful.

This dealership was the first of many that we visited searching for our next vehicle. Upon entering the building, we were happily greeted by Omeed Safagar. He was courteous, attentive to our needs, and was not pushy. What impressed us is that he sat in the car and showed us every detail from the passenger's side all the way around to the driver's side, to the cabin and cargo section of the car. He not only answered every single question, but he displayed knowledge about every feature. In contrast, every other dealership either made us wait to be seen, did not know about every feature of their car and "glossed over" their answers, and even one ended our visit abruptly to cater to another guest. The manager, Stephen Staats, was also a part of the experience and even predicted that we would be back. We laughed at the time, but he was right! The sales process was fantastic, and we highly recommend asking for Omeed if you are planning on visiting this dealership. We are very happy with our purchase and hope that the rest of our experience there is just as positive.

He actually ONLY showed me what I was interested in, which was awesome. The process was quick, easy, and no pressure. All the salesmen were super friendly and laid back. Game really went above and beyond for me, even after the sale. The only issue I had was the floor mats were missing from the vehicle, which were replaced immediately and also the tires were a little on the worn side and they made an appt the next week to have them replaced. I did also notice my outlets and usb cables weren't working, which should have been resolved prior to buying, since it was certified pre owned, however the warranty will cover this to be repaired. I would definitely buy from Hertz again!

2025 Buick Encore GX review
The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

2023 Jeep Compass review
My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. Having just retired, I was interested in a small hatchback and eventually they set me up with a pre-certified 2021 Mirage with about 50,000 miles on it and I got a great price. The process was seamless from my initial outreach to the General Sales Manager Bill Driscoll via email to this person then setting me up with John Barbour as my official sales representative. John was great, very attentive, and offered excellent customer service. It’s just great to have a dedicated person walk you through everything related to the car and contract and also provide honest estimates of how long the process takes. Most importantly, John was very patient and extremely helpful when we encountered a couple of very minor issues. Kudos also to the whole team I dealt with, from Melisa who greeted me in such a friendly manner to Corey Davidson (Sales Manager) and Dakota Carson in sales. Lastly, its’ definitely worth noting that they have a very collaborative and friendly culture, and there’s obviously a priority there to building a sense of community. I know how corny and cliché it sounds to describe a business culture as “family-like,” but it is nice to engage with people at a business who genuinely seem to like each other and enjoy providing exceptional service to customers. 2022 Jeep Compass review
Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

Performs flawlessly but charging technology is badly designed and takes too long. If Kia had their own chargers like Tesla, that would be better. But they don't.
