My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles and motorcycles at TNT Auto with the exception of one. With more than one location made it easy. If they didn't have what we wanted, they would find it. Everyone that works at TNT are pleasant and down to earth. They do everything to work with you to find that vehicle and very helpful when it comes to financing and making sure vehicles do not leave the lot with any major issues. Safety is a big part of their business. When it comes to trade-ins, they are very fair. All the dealers have a wonderful personality and make you feel comfortable, not to mention they are up front and don't hide anything. Honesty with this dealership has always been great and gets us in just to say hello. They make you feel welcome. They do check back and make sure that you are happy with what you bought and if you have any problems. They take that extra step to make you feel good about them. Shane and Larry have wonderful personalities and they are at the Boulevard location in Kokomo. I would suggest that if you are in the market for a car, truck, or motorcycle, to go and talk with anyone at TNT and you will be satisfied. I know we are.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

They treated me fairly and kept me informed about my brake problems. Overall it cost me more than anticipated, but the brake problems were more extensive than originally figured.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. No one called to tell me that the repair would cost $600 dollars more than I was told , the service writer did apologize an I do appreciate that.

Just bought my 2021 Chevy Trax in January, And nearly 2 months later I still love it. I don’t drive a lot, But I’m looking forward to taking it on a road trip. It has great power and just takes off. I get in and out easier then I did in my 2014 Ford Fusion. Roomy enough for me and love the features. Love the Color which is red. So cute I can’t stop admiring it. With under 35000 miles I hope it last for years to come. At my age this Trax will be my last vehicle.

Found the perfect car on Cars.com and contacted Hubbard. I had a response very quickly. I did have a few questions and sent them to the man who had contacted me. However, after several hours with no response, I contacted salesman John Gustin directly and he immediately found the answers to every question. He has followed up with me after the sale and I am very satisfied with him. My only concern is that the dealership apparently doesn't clear the memory of their used vehicles, they let the new buyer do that. In this day and age, if you don't erase all the data you've input into a car, you're asking for big trouble. But some people may not think about it when they trade in their car. A new buyer could get your home address from the GPS, your phone and contacts from the phone memory, etc. etc. Dealers should make it a practice to wipe the memory of any car they take in before they offer it for sale.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

After 100,000 trouble free miles we bought a second Renegade this February. Good car, reasonable mileage, no complaints. Moved up to the Trailhawk trim package

The body shop did a great job with repairs. The receptionist and our contact person, Guy, were friendly and helpful.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

I had a great experience at University Motors. They were upfront about everything, honest and very helpful throughout the whole process. No games no pressure. I’ll be coming back for my next car for sure.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Bought a 07 Chevy Colorado with low miles on it and looks and drives like a new truck.Wife and I drove from Cadiz Kentucky to look and test drive. 5 minutes into the test drive we turned around and bought the truck. This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

Amazing car for the value! Looks great and drives even better. I'd recommend this car for family as two car seats fit perfectly in the backset :)
