I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

I had a wonderful experience at the store. The no haggle made my purchase easy and everyone I dealt with with helpful and kind. I have already told all of my friends and will be purchasing all my vehicles from here moving forward.

Comfortable and so very pretty!! I put on many miles a day and the gas mileage has been great. This was a great decision on a great car.

Seen for regular service. Team found a nail in the tire. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road with a new tire in time for an important appointment.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

We bought our ecosport 2018 in 2020 with 19000 kms going on 6 years now. We love it, have gone onlong trips 5 times. Great on gas . Now 2026 recall first time for any repairs.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Great little SUV. Bought used with 8000 miles. Since I bought it I've averaged 36.6 mpg. over 14,648 miles. Every review I read it mentioned about its power, I can pass cars at high speed with no problems. Only problem is the storage space when back seats are up. Otherwise, easy to drive and park.

Amazing customer service. I was consistently in communication from the moment I called Kia Roadside Assistance (tow truck arrived within 20 mins!) to the Service Department. Overall great teamwork on Kia’s end. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

I had an amazing experience at Pride Kia in Lynn. My car suddenly started having a lot of issues, and they immediately arranged for it to be towed to the dealership. Stephanie took care of everything from the moment it arrived. She’s such a wonderful, kind, and caring lady. At the time, I was pregnant and really needed a car just in case I went into labor. Stephanie made sure I had a loaner car right away, which gave me so much peace of mind. She kept in touch with constant updates about my car until the repairs were fully done. The communication and support were truly above and beyond. I always take my car to Pride Kia Lynn because they never disappoint. Tim is a nice salesperson, he is patient for helping customer the whole process, the only thing he can do better is to call back certain customer on time. Try not to let customer expecting the phone call too long.

I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

My wife and I just purchased our third car at Millennium Motors, this time was my daughter's first car and much like the first time, very easy and stress free! Charlie did a great job showing us the car we wanted to test drive, no pressure, another great car buying experience. Would highly recommend Millennium Motors to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

Amazing service done by kind people. After having my last car ownership experience go so poorly I’m happy my car is being serviced at Kelly VW! The dealership itself was clean and modern, making me feel very happy to be spending the waiting time in such a nice area. Overall couldn’t recommend Kelly VW enough!

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

When I went to purchase my 2025 Mazda CX-5. I was so nervous, but everyone I work with was so friendly and polite. I met with Frantz Juste nicest guy I ever met. He was able to show me what I was looking for and answered all my questions comfortably. Just working with him I knew that i wanted to buy my car at Ira/Mazda.
