2025 Chevrolet Trax review
Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

2019 Chevrolet Trax review
I've had my Trax for many years now, bought it slightly used with only 30,000 miles on it. Now with 80,000 on that engine and I haven't really had a problem with it. It's decent in the snow, a little slower on the highway as it is slow to accelerate up to speed (not really a huge issue for me). This car can take a beating pretty well and keep going as I had blown tire while on the highway and drove into a ditch. I was able to get the car out of it and park on the side of the road until help arrived.

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

2019 Ford EcoSport review
The car is greater than the sum of its parts. I think it was a bit overpriced for what it was when it was released here in America - but as a used car it is great. It is 2026 and I just bought a 2019 2.0 4cyl SES with 25K miles for my 16 year old daughter. It is the cutest thing - like a VW bug of yore. I really like it and find reasons to drive it. I am 6' tall and feel very comfortable in the driver's seat. It is easy to maneuver and I find the car inside and out very simple but elegant and unpretentious. If you need a little more zip merging onto the highway drop it into S mode and it does the job. It is a great car for her to gain driving skills while going to school and volleyball.

2024 Buick Envista review
Working on 2 years now with my new Buick, looking at this vehicle from the outside you really feel like you’re looking at an expensive car, the inside of the car is nicely done for the price point. First model year for the Envista. You have to expect some issues., I had my car in twice to have the radio reprogrammed or updated whichever you wanna call it. I’ve had the sunroof motor replaced as that has worn out. I haven’t had any other issues with the vehicle, the ride is great. It’s fairly quiet, it gets great gas mileage and it totally suits my need as far as space , comfort, and appearance. There are just a couple of things that I would change about this vehicle if I could. First, I would upgrade the sound system to something better, the sound system is pretty good but I bought the Avenir and one would think that model should’ve had a premium sound system. Express up windows could’ve been added, not just expressed down. The car could’ve used some additional sound deadening material. Buick are known for being quiet vehicles, I think the additional sound deadening and also maybe an 18 inch wheel in the satin nickel finish would’ve been nice. I have the 19 inch wheels and I think the 18 inch would’ve given it a better ride but it’s still pretty decent. The car is quiet however it is not that Buick quiet that I’ve had before in other Buicks. Would I buy this car again, probably not but not because there’s anything wrong with it, just because I would probably want to change. I’m at retirement age so I did buy this vehicle knowing I’m going to keep it probably as my last vehicle. Is it a nice vehicle absolutely, is it worth the money? Absolutely, should you buy one of these that’s entirely up to you after a test driving it, but I don’t think you would be disappointed as long as you understand what you’re paying for. You are not spending 40 to 50,000 on a vehicle buying this car and you’re getting something that looks definitely like it could be worth 40,000.

2026 Buick Encore GX review

2024 Nissan Kicks review
This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

2022 Jeep Compass review
Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

I initially shopped at Sewell Cadillac, but they were extremely greedy and unwilling to work with me. That’s when I called Martin Vara at Cavender. From the very first conversation, Martin told me Cavender would give me a deal I couldn’t refuse without seeing any other offers—and he absolutely overdelivered. At this point I knew this was my dealership. I didn’t need to go back and forth and shop around because Cavender put their best foot forward from the very beginning. Martin coordinated everything seamlessly. I spoke with the Sales Manager over the phone, we agreed on numbers quickly, and they immediately removed the vehicle from inventory. While I completed my credit application and paperwork online, they had the LYRIQ prepped and ready to go. Martin called to let me know everything was approved and ready for pickup. When I arrived at the dealership, the Cadillac facility was beautiful, and everyone was welcoming and professional. Within five minutes, I met the Sales Manager—super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. Any last-minute questions were answered clearly and honestly. While I was signing paperwork, Martin took the time to walk my wife through the LYRIQ, explaining all the features and giving her a full introduction to the vehicle. There were zero surprises—the numbers were exactly what we agreed on. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 40 minutes. That’s unheard of these days. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had—from sales, to management, to delivery. After 100,000 trouble free miles we bought a second Renegade this February. Good car, reasonable mileage, no complaints. Moved up to the Trailhawk trim package
