I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Hertz was my first stop of the day for car shopping. I had checked their website and saw a great selection of cars. My salesman was Chuck, who did an outstanding job as we test drove multiple vehicles before I found the one. From there it was easy, chuck kept me informed throughout the day on the status of the vehicle and when it would be ready to be picked up. I would recommend buying your car from chuck at hertz.

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

I no sooner left the dealership than the idiot light came on notifying me the tge tire pressure was wrong! They also used to wash the car before returning it.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!

Chuck is the best! We don't ever go to anyone else! Financial guys are very knowledgeable! We've been to other hertz car sales locations and they are no were near as great!

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

Great Experience w Ricardo F. ! I came to this dealership with the possibility of getting a newer one. Ricardo was patient, made us feel comfortable, and was relatable the entire time. Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.
