This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

I had a 2014 Outlander and loved it. This new 2020 is an upgrade in every way! I have driven places I don’t need to go, just because I enjoy driving it so much.

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

Purchased this used for my son at a great value and it is a very engaging car to drive. Whats remarkable is how it has almost everything my BMW X7 has in terms of tech. It has plenty of pep and the ride is what I expected for a sporty small vehicle. Interior room is more than expected and the sunroof is much quieter than my BMW that you will forget its open. The build quality is better than any vehicle in this segment and MPG is better than what they list on the specs. Handling is precise and braking is grabby until you get used to it. The only negative is the Run Flat tires which I will replace.

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.

Well this is the first one I've ever owned. It only has 75,000 miles which is nice. The only thing is that I wish the dealership would have added the extra key with it. It only came with one key and key fob. Also didn't have the owner's manual which the dealership did get the owner's manual but the other information like to start up guide and the maintenance schedule was not with it. So I guess I'll have to try to order that. Looks like it's going to cost between $200 and $350 for a key.the dealership should have just got an extra key and added the cost onto the price of the vehicle.

This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

On Jan 12th I went in to see a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The salesperson, Vince, was very helpful and professional. I made it known that I would be paying in full and no financing. He didn’t waste my time and not longer than 5min the Manager, Vinny, came and made me an offer that we were both happy with. I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

Most City/HW Driving for me is around 26+ MPG (though I accelerate and drive a bit fast). As another review stated, you can get 33+ MPG if you stay 50-60MPH which is amazing. Handling is great, allows you to feel the road, doesn't feel too assisted, all of which is good imo. Body fits well into compact parking spaces. I like the "bare bones" interior design of the Standard version. Does exactly what I want it to do, no issues with any instruments/electronics. I find the car pretty comfortable, though the back seats are a bit cramped for average to taller people. Only issue I've found is I've had the catalytic converter stolen and both the dealership and the tow truck person said that the car is an easy target because they're higher off the ground and the converter is easy to get to. They've both recommended adding a cage, band, or other defensive measure to detract criminals. I've really enjoyed driving this car, will definitely hold onto this as I bought it brand new in 2021 and 2 years later now in 2023, I'm still enjoying driving this.
