2024 Audi Q3 review
I purchased the 2024 Audi Q3 pre-owned and it was in showroom condition. There was an initial issue with the front passenger side door lock but it was promptly repaired under warranty at the Audi Dealer. (I did not purchase it there.) Other than that, I love the ride and handling, the engine is a powerful sucker and amazes me how fast I can jump into moving traffic especially on the Interstate. German engineering is the best and this will definitely not be my last Audi. 5 stars all the way around. My only concern is the road noise, I expected an Audi to be more quiet, but I have gotten used to it.

Honda Windward review
Honda Windward truly goes above and beyond! I brought my car in for a safety check and to take care of a recall, and the entire service experience was amazing. They make you feel like family rather than just another customer. Our service provider, Kanoa, was wonderful. He even remembered our names and who we were, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. We also had to take the shuttle, and MJ was incredibly friendly & kind to my daughter. She enjoyed the ride so much that she actually asked if we could go back again! It’s the little things like great customer service, genuine kindness, and making your customers feel valued that really stand out. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you, Honda Windward, Kanoa, and MJ, for making what could have been a stressful service visit such a pleasant experience. We truly appreciate you and will definitely be back!
2024 Jeep Compass review
We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Thank you Jeep and Jeff Belzer CDJR of New Prague, MN

2020 Buick Encore review
The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

While shopping for a used Vehicle (not a BMW) I stumbled upon a great 2015 BMW X3 that fit well within my budget. Wallace was tremendously helpful and friendly and I am so glad he help me find and get into this vehicle!!! I would highly recommend working with Wallace if you’re shopping around for a new or used car!!!
2023 BMW X1 review
Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

The entire process was smooth and hassle free. I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. They gave me their offer. I secured financing from USAA and picked up the car the next day. Terrence Ching was a pleasure to deal with and his assistant. There was no pressure to buy and no initimidation tactics. I really appreciated that. I would buy from him again.

Saw the car I wanted online and went down to see it. Hooked up with the online sales man and told him I would be checking out other cars later. A couple of days later I saw that the price had gone down a couple of thou so I texted the salesman and told him that if the test drive went well than I would be purchasing the car. Drove and bought it, now years later I still very happy with my purchase.

King Windward Nissan review
We were in NEED of a new car, with no desire to get a used one. We were looking at the Costco auto buying program and met up with Jessica Kondo at King Windward Nissan in Kaneohe. She made us feel very comfortable at the start, greeted us like family, listened intently as we expressed our NEEDS, WANTS, and DESIRES. Took our information and left to go meet her manager. I?m not going to lie, we were worried we wouldn?t qualify for what we wanted, and we would have to settle. Jessica came back and told us congratulations you qualified for the 2026 Nissan Rogue! My friend went on a test drive, LOVED everything! The smooth ride, roominess, all the wonderful features that it came with and Jessica made it so easy to set up the functions on our phones! While our car was getting detailed and gassed up, we met up with Christian, who helped us navigate the financial aspects of the car, patiently explaining the warranty packages and the fact that he made us feel like it was our decision based on our needs and budget was a big thumbs up from us. We apologize, that at this writing we did not remember the manager?s name who was very instrumental for our being on cloud 9 (still)! Every aspect of our car buying experience went smoothly, and we can?t say enough positive things about Jessica, Christian, the Magician (manager) AND the awesome detailing staff! Muah! Aloha and Mahalo from two grateful customers!

Windward Ford of Hawaii review
This dealership is the only place to buy a ford In Hawaii! They are fare and up front. They will not RIP you off like Honolulu Ford and Cutter tried to do with me. I am very happy with my experience there and the people are truthful and nice. I have bought a lot of trucks and this is the best buying experience I have had. You can plan on going there and get a fair price!!
2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

Ever Cars SFReviews
Ever Cars SF review
I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.
2025 Kia Niro EV review
This car replaced a 2010 Hyundai that was beginning to give me trouble. I decided to lease it - my first 100% EV - and installed a charger in my garage. So far I am totally delighted with the car - its finish, its drivability, and its performance. It is nimble and when I step hard on the accelerator (what we used to call the "gas pedal") it leaps forward like a startled bunny. To be sure there are lots of differences from the traditional gas-powered cars I have driven all of my life. It is really quiet, which sometimes is a little deceiving because it is actually working. The quiet and the different feedback signals that provides to the driver will take some time to get used to. Also, there are so many options -- many of them hidden several clicks from the top of the home screen -- that are still a mystery to me. (As usual, the owner's manual is almost impossible to use -- I have relied on asking ChatGPT for guidance). "What is that button for?" "How do I make it so the radio doesn't turn on every time I get in the car?" "Where is cruise control?" "How do I turn off the seat heaters?" -- the list is endless and I'm counting on slowly learning how all of it works. Overall, after a month of driving the car I couldn't be happier. It will be an "in town" vehicle -- the range isn't suitable for much inter-city driving -- but I love how smooth and competent the car feels. The finishes inside and out are great; seats comfortable and insanely easy to adjust; sight lines fine. It's a great introduction to the work of EVs.

2024 Kia Niro EV review
When using cruise control and limit how many car lengths between you and car in front of you, it does serious sudden slow down which could be dangwrous with someone right behind you. Otherwise great car, one of my best ever.

BMW of Maui review
Starting with the buying process of a certified used car, to the normal maintenance and service as well as a warranty issue, I've been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy at every turn. On service requests, there has been a shuttle or loaner car made available depending on my needs, attention to timeliness if I have waited for the car to be serviced. It's what you come to expect at a luxury dealer and attention to detail including a complementary wash and vacuum doesn't go unnoticed.
2018 Audi Q3 review
a great car in all respects. Fun to drive. Consumer Reports recommends the 2016 and 2018 models for reliability. I highly recommend it. well built
