I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

I really feel comfortable bringing my vehicle in for service, everyone is friendly and since my husband used to work with our vehicles I didn't know a lot about servicing them. I have received the help I need and can go away feeling that my car is in top condition. I trust the service and know that I can ask all the questions I need to and get the answers I need. bought a 25 Nissan Murano a few weeks ago. I absolutely love this SUV. Nothing but comfort and a very smooth ride. No road noise. Excellent audio system, heated seats work great and excellent gas mileage. I love this SUV

I traded in my 2017 Platinum Murano, that I absolutely loved, for a new 2025 Platinum Murano. I really love the 2025 re-design. Both the interior and exterior are exceptional and just blew me away. The ride is very comfortable, and the massage seats are an excellent upgrade. The pickup speed is not as good as prior models, but is still good. I highly recommend the car!

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

Cory Hodam, in Sales, is one of the most professional car salesmen we have ever worked with. He went above and beyond the call of duty and is a "straight shooter". The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Have an old Escort needing repair. John, in Parts, was very helpful in determining whether a repair is even possible (no), but very pleasant to talk with someone who was familiar with this issue on a vintage (like me) car.

After 100,000 trouble free miles we bought a second Renegade this February. Good car, reasonable mileage, no complaints. Moved up to the Trailhawk trim package

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

I have had several CRVs. I bought this one new in 2022 and love the mileage, the reliability and the look is good too for an economical SUV. My only complaint is that this hybrid does not have a spare tire and I am prone to flats so I was compelled to buy a tire and jack and put it in the back storage area which takes up considerable space. I am not willing to be out after hours with a flat only to have my AAA come and tow it due to not having a tire to put on the vehicle. My next CRV will not be a hybrid because of this issue. I can also say that my mileage has been reduced about 10 mpg after moving from the midwest to south Florida. I can only attribute this to having to use the AC on every trip since the climate is so hot and that is a bit of a disappointment. I used to get right at 40 or more mpg and now get around 30 mpg since the move. I am also glad to see the newer models got rid of the push button shift. It is very annoying in a drive through car wash because pushing the button into drive will not work unless you brake first and with a car directly behind you, it can be a dangerous situation to brake when a car is moving so close behind. My next CRV will have a spare tire and a gear shift in it! But otherwise my Honda has been a winner.

My Jeep journey started with Patriot, followed by Cherokee, and recent upgrade to Wrangler. Each one had it's advantages over the others. Most notable changes are in electronics and interior design. Embedded computer with focus on non-stop entertainment is a distraction for a vehicle used in exploring the nature. The computer should not wake up when you open any door to load or unload things. Doors removal option is way less important than towing capability or surrounding sensors that help with parking, backing out of the garage, or changing lanes in heavy traffic. Wranglers gas cap and the hood should come locked by default. Phone pocket is too narrow for Samsung and there is no simple way to mount it elsewhere. Window control should be on the doors instead of crowded dashboard. Noise in Wrangler is higher than other two models I owned in the past.

Having worked for a multi-dealership firm for a number of years as marketing director, I am very critical of how I am treated when buying a vehicle. Enrique was extremely efficient, very cordial and respected my time. Enjoyed every minute working with him on the purchase of my 2023 Mazda CX-9! His sales manager was also very professional and easy to work with.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He was even able to get my garage opener programmed in my car. I was so thankful.Erin, I’m sure I misspelling his name, on the day All my problems started was patient kind and thoughtful. Jim, The service manager is another one that went beyond requirements. Royal Cadillac is the second Cadillac Dealer I’ve had to deal with. They so deserve five stars +10. Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

John Beeman was super helpful. I was really stressed out about the price I needed to pay to get my car serviced, but John told me about making 3 month payments to Sunbit. He was also kind enough to guide me through the process of it all. I also really appreciate how patient he was when I kept asking so many questions. I'm definitely going to ask for him again when I have to go back to get my A/C looked at in March. I love this dealership.

An excellent vehicle for the bat s..t crazy fast urban interstates that are all cracked and busted that I commute daily - soaks up road imperfections very well - excellent visibility quality fit and finish . surprisingly well equipped - fantastic safety + features and my first car with turning headlights and water proof seats- cool machine all around. highly recommend.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I liked how trusting the manager was with the situation to allow me to take the vehicle for a few days to test it out before choosing to purchase. Beau Button was a great sales rep. He was very kind, courteous, and made it clear that he was focused on helping me with anything through the process. I feel like often times I avoid these sales situations because the reps are always so fake acting and trying way too hard to make a sales. I appreciated him being very authentic throughout the process.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

The experience with both the salesmens Martin Huerta and Hector Fimbres and Sales Manager Josu� Arenas, was excellent. This is the second vehicle I went thru the purchase process and they made it easy. Now, I definitely have to mention that the finance process and the waiting time to finally sign paperwork it?s ridiculous long. Besides that, everything else it?s great!

The Yukon checked all of my needs, I have plenty of room for my children and my Great Danes. I enjoy driving the Yukon and how it handles, overall love this vehicle!
