I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer. We bought an Ioniq 5 from Brad who provided knowledgable, friendly, and professional service. He spent a considerable amount of time orienting us to the vehicle, since were EV newbies. Brad was very accommodating housing the vehicle after we bought it for several weeks while we went on vacation. Doing business with Ever was relaxed and smooth. After doing extensive research we found that Ever had the best prices in the Bay Area. Their show room is gorgeous and they have a diverse inventory of EVs. The pricing is transparent without the typical haggling. If a used EV is what you need this is the place to visit.
2023 Tesla Model 3 review
I own a 2022 Tesla Model 3 RWD. It has LFP batteries and I can charge it to 100%. It's degraded about 3% after 15 months, so not too bad on the battery. It's been great, with no problems that were Tesla's fault. A truly great car and highly recommended!

2023 Tesla Model 3 review
Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.
