We bought an Ioniq 5 from Brad who provided knowledgable, friendly, and professional service. He spent a considerable amount of time orienting us to the vehicle, since were EV newbies. Brad was very accommodating housing the vehicle after we bought it for several weeks while we went on vacation. Doing business with Ever was relaxed and smooth. After doing extensive research we found that Ever had the best prices in the Bay Area. Their show room is gorgeous and they have a diverse inventory of EVs. The pricing is transparent without the typical haggling. If a used EV is what you need this is the place to visit.
2025 Tesla Model 3 review
I've had mine for almost 2,000 miles now, and its been great. It rides super smooth, and is super controlled over bumps. The turn signal stalks aren't that big of a deal. They work plenty fine for most every use case. Interior quality is much improved over the last generation. There is not a single piece of hard plastic in the interior. Infotainment is super snappy, and is a worthy replacement of CarPlay or Android Auto. Seats are comfortable, and their heat/ventilation works great. There are no creaks or rattles to speak of as well. Performance is plenty for what anyone will ever need. Tons of storage as well for a midsize sedan, especially since the frunk is there, as well as another section below the trunk floor for more stuff. Rear seat screen is very nice for rear passengers as they can control air, seat heating watch movies/videos, and play games. If you are interested, go demo drive one to see it for yourself!

Price was as advertised without haggling (and in my case, will priced), car I came in for was available for test drive at my appointment time, and paperwork for purchase was efficiently handled. Good experience at the sales level! As with all used cars I was a little concerned about the sales process, but in this case things were low pressure and seemingly free of sales gimmicks. I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
