Drove down 5hrs from Virginia to look at a Range Rover they had listed. I was a little hesitant due to "bait and switch" tactics I had dealt with from several other dealers. And when I arrived the vehicle was there and in great condition! Rich was a great salesperson to sit with and Carl was prompt with the financial paperwork when closing the deal. A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. This is our first Tesla. I was on the hunt for a 2023 or 2024 black with white interior Model X plaid with HW4 (hubby insisted). I’m pretty obsessive so I searched all the sites everyday. I decided to turn off some more filters because I was not getting much luck. I came across Above and Beyond Automotive’s listing. It was a ‘23 Model X Plaid with black with matte vinyl wrap and white interior! It also had HW4 AND paid FSD. I quickly showed my husband and even though it was a little more than what we wanted to spend, we agreed it was a steal. I reached out and quickly got a response from Hamid. We worked out a price and the only problem was that we were in LA. We quickly put a deposit down in order to hold it. We just drove up on Friday and picked up the car on Saturday. Everything went smooth. Hamid gave us a run down on how to work the app and giving us tips on how to conserve and maintain the battery. My overall experience was great and I’d do it all over again!
