On September 28, 2023 I had the pleasure of visiting Universal Auto Group Dealership in Silver Springs Maryland. I could not believe the the selections of beautiful used cars. I know exactly what i wanted and in less than one hour I was finished and driving away in my 2020 750I BMW! What an awesome experience it was!! Looking forward to shopping with Universal Auto Group in the future!

Very comfortable car with no motor noise and the air suspension give you a smooth ride. Super charger stations are plentyfull. electric is the way to go.

Sean replied immediately to my inquiry on cars.com and had the car waiting for a test drive a couple hours later. Best car in its class. A lot of people who don’t know or never experienced a Tesla will create so many false narratives due to their own ignorance. Tesla are the safest cars hands down especially with autopilot engaged. They also have very little maintenance because they do not have all the traditional components as an ICE vehicle. Upfronted price is steep and the range of this vehicle especially can be further but I definitely recommend this car to anyone in the market.

I drove over 4 hours to buy my Honda Civic. I was dealing with Mr. Logan. I had a really great experience. They had the car ready for me. They even ordered me jerk chicken and beer. They had the best deal in the nation for a good quality used car I was car shopping for over a year. It was exceptional customer service. I'm a field service technician and have abused a Model X for over 10,000 miles. My territory is mostly TN, VA, and NC. Travelling throughout the Appalachian chain within, loaded with over a thousand pound of parts and material, has revealed a suspension that decimates rival SUVs. The majority of the weight being in the deck/battery of the vehicle makes for the great handling into the curves of the mountains. It's passing acceleration is amazing, going from 70 to 90 in about a second (loaded to the gill). I was renting SUVs for a few months and working them as I was, would lunge into curves because of the front heavy motor - and just scream trying to pass in the mountains. Most of the time I do not use the brake pedal, as letting off the accelerator engages the regenerative braking and charges the battery at the same time. The falcon doors and hatch back/trunk make loading and unloading easy with the added space in the "frunk". The infotainment system is super sweet with excellent mapping. The seats are easily adjusted to make them "just right" and made from a thick, supple, and cushy material that easily wipes clean. - I have travelled around the world doing commercial field (and military) service for 30 years, renting vehicles that were big, small, fast and slow. The Tesla Model X is the best SUV in the world today being quick, nimble, and tough as a nail.

I am a retired federal government. I have bought many cars in the past. I got recommended by a family member and friends. I am satisfied with the transaction with the car price, especially with the sales person and their team. I will recommend everyone to come here! Give them the chance. Apart from no knowing what servicing has been done on the car before I bought it from TESLA! It's been okay two drives to UK from Norway the car has 150.000 Kms. They hadn't checked recalls, but fixed the front driveshafts & Suspension arms (recall). Nice bunch at Tesla Trondheim. Overall very happy with them, not so much with Tesla Skøyen in Oslo who were terrible.

Ion know wat the bad reviews are abt. I just purchased a 2020 malibu RS from them. The experience was pleasant some laughs and good customer service! Car was up to par and didn't see or hear anything out of tune to normal driving conditions. The selling point tho was the warranty! Low miles on car please that great warranty! Read the reviews but go in for yourself! Stop thinking others bad juju is your problem too. Just be smart when buying. I had a good one I recommend them to everyone. My salesman name was David

Fast Fast Fast CAR! Anyone who has ever had one will tell you it's very difficult to drive another car after this. Anyone complaining doesn't have the money to afford this and isnt realistic when it comes to luxury cars. Expensive cars are expensive. Cheap cars are cheap. Pick your problems. No such thing as a perfect vehicle.

I’ve had a few small items need attention and one door motor go bad. It’s a bit large for my garage and driving. Autopilot is great but not perfect but makes driving less stressful. Trim piece came loose and fit of components is not precise but overall I love this car! If one has solar and a Tesla Powerwall too, this car is awesome, otherwise your power bill may “shock” you. My car has free supercharging for long trips.

We bought the 2016 Model X one year ago. So far it has been a great vehicle with outstanding handling. Even on snow and ice (we live near Spokane, WA) it did much better than I expected. The vehicle is heavy and sturdy. Back in September I had a deer run into the car just in front of the drivers door while I was going 55 mph. I was surprised at how little damage the car sustained. You can’t beat the convenience of ‘fueling’ at home.

I just wanted to share how amazing the service and sales process was for my father when I referred him to the dealership. He had been looking to get service done on his current Lexus and happened to see this beautiful RX350 that was at the lot. After having this car for a few months, I am convinced that it is the best car I have ever driven. So far (not a long time) it has been flawless. The ride is very comfortable (and adjustable), the interior is a bit Spartan for a car in its price range, however it makes up for the somewhat less cushy interior with technology that is far ahead of any other car maker. Driving an electric car with performance that rivals some super cars is a thrill. I believe Tesla is the only car company that really gets what electric cars are about. The Tesla supercharging network has no equal for other cars. The Model Y may be a better value, but if you want a crossover with all the luxury, this is the one to get.

I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!

I contacted premier and was contacted via text by Patrick. Set up an appointment for 6/23/23. We live over two 1/2 hours away and hoped find the car. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership to test drive one car and found that the actual car we wanted was being test driven. The car was purchased as we test drove a few other cars. We finished by asking Patrick to pull six vehicles to look at and 4 to test drive. Was impressed with his time and patience. At the end of three hours and unable to find the car we wanted, he was great. Told him the color and model we wanted, but they didn’t have it in stock. Patrick was a good salesman. Not pushing a sale. We will go back. Hopefully they won’t have additional undisclosed fees as stated by others.

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

We bought a Tesla from Premier and it was a good experience. Everyone was helpful and treated us well. We live 5 hours away so it took a bunch of phone calls and communication to get the deal done, but Patrick did a great job. They were able to get us great financing as well. I would buy here again!

A car that almost drives itself. Very luxurious and smooth ride. Wicked quick acceleration even in standard model. Technology is far better than any other luxury car I’ve owned. Over the air updates are frequent and sometimes get cool upgrades without buying a new car. The base model comes with practically everything included unlike my Cayenne or Range Rover. Low maintenance at almost no cost. I’ve used mobile service a couple of times which is convenient. I’m a huge fan!

I had a great experience today with Baika at Precise Automotive Group when purchasing a 2016 Acura MDX! I had tried to purchase a 2014 Lexus at a place across the street that I had dealt with before, but they had tacked on about $3000 in extra fees so I had to walk away.
