Michaels Autos review
I can’t say enough good things about Rich and Michael’s auto. I have purchase over 20 cars in my life, from Albany to Boston. Rich is the best person I have ever worked with hands down. I am 2000 miles away, but Rich made it the easiest deal, and it was from my living room! The car is immaculate and 100% as described. Financials were a breeze, as was the “paper work”. If you are looking for a curated selection of great cars, at great prices, with the added bonus of working with the best salesperson on the east coast? Then call Rich right now, because he’s the absolute best! Capital region NY auto dealers, call Rich too, he will reach you how to do it right!

2021 Tesla Model Y review
One of the best cars I owned. With recent price reduction on Teslas, this car is excellent value. First of acceleration does not get old. Puts a smile on my face every time. One pedal driving is fantastic once you get used to it. So many different features and you get more with every update. This is so cool to own car for 6 month or longer and still get new features. I’m assuming they had some quality issue with early models. Mine is 2022 and fit and finish is excellent. All works as advertised. I was a bit skeptical about getting a Tesla myself due to so many negative comments. But my personal experience is excellent. No rattles. Love using my phone as a key. So convenient. Audio system is one of the best in business. Give Tesla a try and you will not be disappointed. Range is plenty for daily city driving. Saving ton of money on gas. Convenience of charging at home. No more Costco gas station lines. Time will tell, but as far as I understand this electric engines are much simpler and this more reliable in a long term.

Lexus of OrlandoReviews
Lexus of Orlando review
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lexus of Orlando, especially Service Manager James Allen. I brought in my Lexus NX because one of the seatbelts had completely snapped and another was beginning to rip apart. It’s possible the wear came from the tension of having two car seats installed over the years. My Lexus is approaching 10 years old and is clearly outside of its warranty, so I didn’t walk into the dealership expecting them to simply replace everything for free. I really just wanted to know what could be done, especially because I believe something as important as a seatbelt should last longer than 10 years. From the moment James Allen became involved, he took the situation incredibly seriously. His first concern wasn’t the warranty or who was going to pay for the repair—it was the safety of my family. He refused to let me drive away in the vehicle with compromised seatbelts and immediately put me into a loaner so my family would be safe. What impressed me most was what happened next. Since the vehicle was technically out of warranty and the seatbelts were no longer covered, James could have easily said, “Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do.” Instead, he went above and beyond. He helped me get in contact with Lexus corporate to see if there was anything they could do to assist. Lexus corporate came back and essentially said, “We value you as a Lexus customer, and we want to take care of you.” They agreed to cover the replacement seatbelts AND the labor in full. That is customer service. Anyone can take care of a customer when something is under warranty. What shows the character of a company is how they treat you when they technically don’t have to do anything—and Lexus stepped up. This experience reminded me why I bought a Lexus in the first place. Lexus of Orlando took my family’s safety seriously, James Allen went above and beyond to advocate for me, and Lexus stood behind their product even as my vehicle approaches its 10th birthday. I highly recommend Lexus, and specifically Lexus of Orlando. You can trust that this team genuinely cares about its customers. As my NX gets closer to its 10-year birthday, I know the time is coming to trade it in for something new. After this experience, there’s no question where I’ll be going. I’ll definitely be back at Lexus of Orlando. This is what you get when you buy a Lexus.
2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. I was confidently holding the pace car position in the left lane passing 4x4 trucks, with ease. It was incredible. Get upto $1000 off your next Tesla by mentioning me at https://ts.la/jolene547482

Good experience but the car I wanted was at their Orlando store. Would recommend Simon here.
2021 Tesla Model Y review
The Tesla Model Y is a triumph of modern automotive engineering, blending cutting-edge technology with sustainable performance. It's a game-changer in the electric vehicle market, setting new standards for efficiency, comfort, and driving pleasure. From its sleek, aerodynamic design to its spacious, minimalist interior, the Model Y exudes elegance and sophistication. The vehicle's impressive acceleration and responsive handling make it a joy to drive, offering an exhilarating experience that rivals that of sports cars. Tesla's advanced Autopilot system and the potential for full self-driving capabilities in the future elevate the Model Y beyond its competitors. It's not just a car; it's a glimpse into the future of transportation. The expansive all-glass roof provides a sense of openness and brings in natural light, enhancing the already pleasant cabin atmosphere. Can't recommend it highly enough!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new Volkswagen, and I can’t thank Michel Fuller enough for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, Michel was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Buying a car can often be stressful, but Michel made it a pleasant and hassle-free experience. If you’re in the market for a Volkswagen, I highly recommend asking for Michel Fuller. His excellent customer service, honesty, and attention to detail truly set him apart. Thank you again for making this such a great experience!

OFFLease Orlando review
Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from OFFLease Orlando. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made the entire buying process much more comfortable. They had a great selection of pre-owned vehicles, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The vehicle was clean, in great condition, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. The paperwork and financing process were also handled efficiently, and the team made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend OFFLease Orlando to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned car in the Orlando area.

I was helped by belal, Salma, and Susan. All 3 were amazing and helped me find a Tesla within my budget.
2021 Tesla Model Y review
The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.
