Great people, especially Leon in Sales. Also, appreciated both Wes and Ethan attention in Service.
2016 Toyota 4Runner review
I owned a Nissan Pathfinder and thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. I reviewed, looked over and test drove the 4Runner. Honestly and truly,I fell in love with the feature's,capabilities, the mileage capabilities because I have learned to tweak the computer a little. After 6 year's in Dec.,it looks almost as good as it did the day I bought it! I am very cognizant of the care my vehicle gets, and when the Dealer kept disregarding my complaint's about oily finger print's and oily body print's on my 4Runner,I fired them because of this, and the LIE THEY TOLD ME,saying that they no longer use Fender Cover's like they did when I bought it from them BRAND NEW! I FIRED THEM! Dealer prices are already in the Cloud's and with that price,I expect excellence at every level of service to my vehicle. I did have a Ceramic Coating applied when it was Brand New,and the shine is still so brilliant that I still get a Ton of Compliment's and stares from other SR5 4Runner owner's. The paint color is Midnight Blue Metallic. Thats a very pleasing feeling also knowing that I can pull up next to a little car,and he can see every detail of his vehicle and even the face of his passenger in the paint! This page is not long enough to say how much I am still enamored with this vehicle. It still has only 54000 miles on it and not even broken in! Always stay ahead of the curve on your Oil Changes and preventative maintenance and she just might be with you longer than your last wife?

Great vehicle. Carries all the gear for construction or camping. Added rack for handling lumber. Too easy! Exceptional reliability on and off road. Solid highway truck, smooth and stable. Solid off road, tough and handles 4 wheel areas with ease. Awesome truck!

Lexus of Greenwood Village review
I had an exceptional experience working with Kristian Fernanda in the purchase of my GX550 Overtrail Plus. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, offering detailed insights without any pressure. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, answering all my questions with clarity and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated the low-pressure approach and felt like I was making an informed decision. Financing decisions were easy working with Raymond Rodriguez and I enjoyed our discussions while waiting for the banks to respond back with rates. I really appreciated Alan Ruiz going over all of the tech with me. This is my fourth Lexus and by far the best purchase experience. Thank you!

The smoothest car buying experience I think I have ever had. No running to the manager for prices, no crazy add ons. Dealt with only one person for the entire sale and she was great. Super knowledgeable and extremely competent. Jadyn crushed it and I would absolutely buy from her again.

Urban Motors Blue review
Buying my Ioniq5 was SO easy with them!! I'd been working with Max over at Urban Motors Red previously looking at other models, but when we settled on the Ioniq as what we were after, he was very quick to direct us here to Blue. We worked with Tyler primarily as our salesperson, who was very quick to respond and didn't play games like many other dealerships. We negotiated the walk-off price, put down our earnest money over the phone, and Tyler and the crew got the car ready for our pickup. It was a snap! Amazing service, 10/10.

I submitted a negative review last week after a 5-week ordeal with a new car, but Autonation worked with me to resolve the issue via service and make up for it in other ways, which I appreciated. I don't see any way to edit my previous review so I am submitting this new one.

CarMax Jackson (TN)Reviews
CarMax Jackson (TN) review
I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you
2016 Toyota 4Runner review
It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler for my son last week and as I drove it off the lot I discovered the radio didn't work. I thought, "Oh shoot, I just signed an 'As is - Where is, No Warranty'" document. I brought it back to Jamie, their used car manager, and he immediately smiled and said, "No problem." He had a brand new radio installed and didn't charge me a dime. Who does that?! Jamie does. When it comes time to hang up the spurs on my own Ford F-150 you can be sure I am heading back to Phil Long Ford. They are people of character and integrity.

South Colorado Motors review
The car was as advertised. Price negotiations were painless and easy, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and open with the whole process. I paid in cash which helped expedite the process. My salesman followed up with me within a week after purchase to see how my trip home from Colorado Springs to the 4 Corners area went. I highly recommend this dealership!

Fowler Chevrolet review
I just wanted to thank Rob for getting me out of a difficult jamb. My battery was failing, which required multiple jumps, and Rob was able to get me into service immediately even though his schedule was quite full. Rob had the battery replaced within 30 minutes of my arrival. I have never visited Fowler dealership in the past but will make it my go to place for future services.

2016 Toyota 4Runner review
The overall reliability and performances vehicle has been outstanding. Every day it drives like a brand new vehicle with a minimum of service. Only major service items have been on the highway parts like tires and brakes.
