I couldn’t wait to own the new model year and had to wait for months for it to be delivered. I love it. The exterior is gorgeous and interior is just enough for a 4WD SUV. The brakes are NOISY in reverse and quite embarrassing so I hope they fix that soon. It’s only in reverse and never in drive. Overall I give it a solid 4/5.

Took my Corolla Hybrid for 35000 mi service & two recalls. Shane O'Neill was very knowledgeable about the process involving the recalls. He said it would take approximately four hours. My car was ready in three. Once again the service department at Auburn Toyota shines.

This review is based on 300 miles so reliability is really an unknown but I purchased based on Toyota's reputation. I was looking at larger SUV such as the Chevy Tahoe and Ford Explorer/Expedition. Reliability has become questionable on both so, I opted for my first Toyota. I have the SR5 which is the bottom trim level. It has all of the safety features and same engine as the other models. It's not a luxury SUV by any means but, it's functional, purpose driven and the cost was reasonable. You can go as high as $70K+ on some trims. I added 4WD to mine and it had a few small extras. Cost was MSRP and about $44.5K plus tax. The cabin is quiet, seats are comfortable. I did not get the third seat option. I prefer the large open space. On the topic of cargo area, Toyota left the third row side panels in place so, that eats up a little room. Also, the cargo floor has no underfloor storage, it's fixed. Infotainment is good, 8" screen is ample for most folk. Safety features seem good so far. Gas mileage is averaging 23mpg but, on a run at or below 70mph, you should get 25+ in eco mode and sensible throttle use. The engine seems to have a lot of power that kicks in at low RPM. Very nice. Lots. of plastic on the inside but fit and finish is good. No rattles so far. I did not purchase the car for 4WD activities but nice to have is stuck in the snow.

My 2023 Tacoma TRD Pro was due for service and Folsom Lake Toyota took care of it. I just relocated to Folsom after moving from San Diego so I decided to give Folsom Lake Toyota a chance at winning my business. Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. I worked with Ali Goibnazarov during the week leading up to the vehicle's arrival and my subsequent purchase. Fortunately for me, Roseville does not take deposits and sells its vehicles on a first come, first served basis, or I never would have had the opportunity to buy my car. Ali was a dream to work with.
