Towne Toyota review
I recently leased a vehicle from Towne Toyota, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. A special shoutout to Goksel Aksoy – his knowledge, patience, and dedication made all the difference. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel pressured. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable – which is not something I’ve often said about buying a car! If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Towne Toyota, and especially Goksel Aksoy. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're completely satisfied. Thanks again for the outstanding service!

My salesman was Tom Coates, he was so professional, patient and knowledgeable. He listened and found my the right car for me. Tom is top notch! Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. They all went above and beyond. Thus is my 2nd car purchase in 12 years, both at Thompson dealerships. The customer experience is outstanding , I drive over 20 miles to Doylestown even though there are several dealerships with a few miles of my home.

Tom Coates is an excellent sales person. He didn’t pressure us in any way, but listened to our requests for the car we wanted. We selected a 2026 red Toyota Camry with black grill and black interior. Tom gave us several updates on the completion of our vehicle being made in Kentucky. The time table he mentioned was spot on. Tom spent a lot of time with us to go over everything we needed to know before we left the dealership. He also provided his card with his cell phone number and told us we could contact him with any questions or concerns, even on his days off! He went over the service plans and scheduled our first check up, It was a pleasure to work with him! I’d recommend him to anyone who is considering purchasing a Toyota!

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my Toyota 4Runner purchased at your dealership. I worked with Chris Buck on this and he did an outstanding job. Even though I?m down in Houston Texas, Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. I previously tried purchasing other 4Runners at local dealerships in Texas and had terrible experience after terrible experience. Working with Chris was a breath of fresh air and made everything easier. Thank you for having such a great sales team. I can?t brag about Chris enough.

LeadCar Toyota Hazleton review
Great experience purchasing my 2022 Toyota 4Runner.Sales rep. Michael Clarke was courteous and very helpful. He went out of way to make everything go smoothly in the sale and purchase.Picked me up a half hour away from the dealer to help me out with picking up the 4 Runner.Very satisfied with the final asking price. This is my fourth Toyota.Absolutely love it.

Sloane Toyota of GlensideReviews
Sloane Toyota of Glenside review
I had an exceptional experience with the sales representative, Brandy. Despite having previously owned a Rav-4, Brandy dedicated time to ensuring that I was fully prepared for the new Rav-4. Jonathan ensured that I comprehended all the details before finalizing any paperwork. This team is truly remarkable. The only area for improvement is the service counter, who I had to visit a few days prior to meeting with Brandy and Jonathan. They were preoccupied with their cell phones until I explicitly requested their attention. Way to go Brandy & Jonathan.

Extremely pleasant car experience. Michael B. was amazing to deal with. He made everything easy, straightforward, and with no pressure. He explained in detail all the options without putting any pressure on financial service contracts like most dealers. I would highly recommend this dealership and Michael in particular to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I left the dealership feeling like I got a good deal and I was not pressured in anyway. Thank you Michael from Daniella ,Leonid
