I have owned over 30 cars in my life. This car is hands down the most reliable car I have ever owned. I bought basically this exact car, year, model and mileage 7 years ago. It now has 320,000 miles on it, and with the exception of a wheel bearing that I replaced this year I have put ZERO into anything but gas, oil, tires and wipers. I highly recommend Michelin Defenders on this car as they will get 80,000 on a set with very comfortable ride. There are not enough superlatives to say how much I love this car. I honestly expect to get well over 400,000 on this car. I will say I paid less for mine 7 years ago than they are asking now, but that is probably because it’s recognized as such an extraordinary vehicle.

I bought this car for my retirement present to myself. I chose well, it is reliable, classy, and full of get up and go! Having less money in retirement will make this car a Great value for me because of not needing many repairs.

With very few "full size" cars to choose from, Toyota has cut no corners on Avalon. Slightly larger than a Toyota Camry or Honda Accord but you can tell the difference. It's basically a Lexus without the surcharge of the Lexua nameplate. It's not a mass produced car so you may have to travel a bit to find what you want. If you find one, don't wait too long, as the ones that are "correctly priced" disappear fast. You also can't beat the Certified Toyota Pre-Owned Warranty. Seven years or 100,000 total miles from when YOU purchase. The 7yrs starts with you, not the original owner!!! That tells me Toyota has real confidence in their car!!!

Bought a used Toyota from this dealership. Great experience from start to finish. My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. I will surely use them again. Thank you for your help & kindness CarShop
