I had seen this dealership on my way to and from on the freeway. I was happy to find a car I've wanted for 13 years! I found the car via CarGurus.com. Jerry was my sales person and he was phenomenal! I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. I had a hefty down payment, due to trying to re-establish my credit after a serious back injury. Jerry was very patient as I had to move money around to be able to purchase the vehicle.

I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn???t in any rush to purchase one. Specifically because of past and present experiences at major branded dealerships. Last year at Camelback Toyota I spent a total of 8 hours purchasing a new Camry, arguing and being miss treated and I really didn???t want to do it all over again. Luckily I did find certified preowned 4runner at Avondale Toyota within my price range and I happen to come across a great person name Scheldon Ward. This man here is a truly incredible person. He helped reach my monthly financial goal and put me in to my dream car. The process was quick and painless. The amount time and effort Scheldon took to ensure all of my needs and questions were taken care of was outstanding. All while keeping a great enthusiastic attitude and all around good vibe. Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
From start to finish these guys were great! Super thankful I ran into Rudi over at Larry Miller Dodge. I visited this dealership yesterday. Riley was amazing! Prior to visiting the dealership I called and spoke with Riley over the phone. Told him what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership I noticed it was very family-orientated. Took a test drive on the car that I had researched. Liked it. Finished the financing process, and was out of the dealership in about an hour. It was a refreshing view of a dealership and customer service! Thanks!

I got online to schedule an appointment for my car for routine maintenance and some warranty work. Based on my experiences with other dealers, I assumed my car would need to be kept for work. The online system recommended a Saturday appointment. I figured I would drop it off and would have to pick up the following week. Much to my surprise, my vehicle was ready later that day with everything done! The dealer even called to follow up on my experience. Thanks, Lunde!
I was greeted in the parking lot with a good morning and a smile, and was shown to my sales person, (not just go through there and turn right). Staff was very pleasant to work with, lunch was good, and the knowledge level was off the hook. Probably the best car buying experience I have had, even the finance experience was great. Thanks Brad
