It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
Most reliable and incredible gas mileage

I love this car. I commute about 300 miles a week and the gas mileage is absolutely incredible. $30 in the tank can take you almost 350 miles! (In late 2018) And Toyota’s are extremely reliable. Just get your oil changes when it’s time, and maybe change the battery after 150k miles and this car will last you a very long time.
Once again, our service has been great. The problem was diagnosed quickly. I appreciate Jeremy taking the time to explain everything so we could understand.
Corolla is constantly improving

The corolla was comfortable and met most of my needs. Smooth ride but only downfall was the tire size. Multiple low tire pressure symbols and a couple flat tires through the three year lease. Other than that loved it!
Faraz has been excellent to work with. Have purchased several vehicles from him over the years and he has been very helpful. would recommend him highly.

Im 6ft 200lb. This car is PERFECT for me It has the CVT but so far NO issues of any kind. 38 mpg combined city/hwy. On a 800 mi Hwy trip, I got 42 going 60-70 mph. Its pretty quiet, comfortable, handles well, accelerates nicely and havent had to take it for any service except a CVT recall where the computer was reprogrammed. Very happy that it has a spin off oil filter cuz I like to change the oil myself.
This Toyota dealership is my go-to for many years for all types of servicing. When I was in last time they said that my tires were wearing and I should consider getting new ones before winter. My son advised me to go to a discount tire store but I did not want to take a risk with some place I did not know that I could trust as I do Toyota. The service is exceptional in every way and I fully trust them for quality and truth.

how can toyota sell a car with distorted windshield.look at two 2016 corolla windshields and they both had the same problem and it was OEM glass i can't believe toyota doesn't admit to problem.look through
a 2014 corolla it was fine.
After an unexpected problem with our 2010 Highlander over the holiday weekend we worked with Ian Davis to decide on repairing it or not. He found the part we needed in another city and had it fixed the day the part came in. When test driving it another problem was found so we decided to trade it in on a lease of a new Highlander. Faraz was very helpful in getting us a good trade in value for our older vehicle. He made the whole experience a good one by being so friendly and concerned for us. We are loving our new car! Brenna was so efficient with the paperwork. She really knows what she is doing and got us on the road as soon as it was possible. Thanks to everyone for helping us on a very busy black Friday!

Looked all over for used vehicle . Classic Toyota mentor was the ONLY place that had cars immaculate inside and out!! Great buy, reliable, beautiful, comfortable , rides great and feel safe!
When we purchased the vehicle it was not in stock. Before it came a similar vehicle arrived at Toyota of DM and agree to change to it. Day I was scheduled to pick it up had emergency trip to hospital for internal bleeding. Once I got out my sales person was in for back surgery. With all the challenges other staff took care of paperwork and vehicle delivery. Thanks to all for making this all work and I now have great new vehicle. Quick healing to my sales associate.
I always enjoy getting my oil changed here. The people are so friendly and they do a wonderful job!

I love this car. From the interior to the outside. Every bit of this is worth the money! We bought this car used with 16,000 miles. It feels new, it drives new, and even better. The car is still under warranty. You can never go wrong with a Toyota. you can never go wrong with Fred's Executive Auto.
From the moment we walked in we had great service. Brad Baker was the awesome guy we dealt with. He worked with us to see what was right for us and get us into the perfect vehicle. We test drove a Highlander and fell in love. Brad explained different features with us so we knew what we were getting for our money.
Brad is very helpful! Such a nice guy! He will do ANYTHING he can to get you what you are looking for! He is willing to go above and beyond(which is an understatement) for his customers and takes very good care of them! HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle! He is not just about making a sale like some, but he is truly passionate about every aspect of your experience! He did everything he could to get my boyfriend and I into EXACTLY what we were looking for in our price range! He originally told us we could pick up the car Thursday or Friday but when he found out my birthday was Tuesday, he made sure he had our vehicle ready to go for us on Tuesday so we could pick it up for my birthday! That was awesome! He even put a big red bow on the hood of the vehicle and rolled out the red carpet for us! Overall was a GREAT experience and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

We went to Smart Honda after doing research on the right vehicle for our needs. We decided on the Honda Pilot, but were unsure on what trim level to choose. Our salesperson, Syerra Niday, was great to work with. She helped to explain the differences, and did not try to sway our decision to the higher priced model; rather helped us to explore the differences to make the right choice. Although she is a new salesperson she worked hard to get all the info we needed. We're very satisfied with our purchase and very happy to have worked with Syerra.
These guys definitely deserve every star they get! My salesman spent 3 hours with me answering every question I had about the car I ended up buying. He researched maintenance records, ran additional diagnostics, all things that were above and beyond. The process from beginning to end went smoothly. I will definitely buy there again!
