I’ve owned my new CrossTrek for six months now. I’d previously purchased two Foresters from this dealership. Alex is a low key no pressure salesman. Test drove many of their vehicles. Got a fair deal. A month after purchase I met with Betsy who is their tech specialist. She went over many of the new tech features and was excellent at explaining the many new features my 2017 Forester didn’t have. Took my car in for its first service this month. Del was my service advisor. He explained their service philosophy. Car only needed an oil change and tire rotation so things were easy. Would recommend the sales & service at this dealership without hesitation.

Have had this car for 5 years and never had an issue only goes in for inspections. Goes great in the snow. Would definitely buy one again

The overall purchasing with test drive was very good . Of course we purchased a great car . No real surprises. Honest negotiation back and forth . A good experience.

I have always wanted a Toyota. Their reputation is outstanding, as everyone knows. I finally got to purchase a 2020 Corolla (I called it my Covid baby) in July of 2021. Well…at the end of September in 2023 I got into a collision with a SEMI TRUCK going about 65-70 mph. Maybe it was pure luck or maybe it was Toyota. Either way, the car did get totaled but I was safe inside and as the headline says- I got another one! Besides possibly saving my life, it’s comfy, cozy and cute 😁😁 get a Toyota- you deserve it!

I purchased a 2020 Corolla in 2022. Paid $20500 for it. I love the car. Nothing fancy but for the money I expect to keep it for quite a few years. Several of my friends who are mechanics recommended the Corolla for it's low maintenance and realibility

the 2020crlla was not a goood car becuase it is way smalller and rbaly the msallest ear of the corllla. I do not like the way it si made int erms of the interior or the extrior. both things wer ebad and even the lights were ugly. I did not like the girlll. the grilll was very ug;y and the hwole shape of the car is not goood at all. but it is way better than the rvaf at least which is a goood thing. but i don't like the new ones. I would rather get the older ones.

The only issue that I have is that they wouldn’t drop the price of the vehicle to what was shown on the internet. I was told that they have no control over what a third party pricing. Otherwise they were courteous and responded to my inquirie quickly.

Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

I had an amazing experience at AutoNation Honda of Hollywood! I went in looking to lease the same model I had a CRV LX and Daniel, my sales rep, made the entire process smooth and easy from the start. We communicated by email beforehand, so when I arrived at the dealership, almost everything was ready to go. At the last minute, I decided to change the color, and Daniel was extremely patient and helpful. He also explained the available incentives, which led me to upgrade to a CR-V Hybrid, a better vehicle while still staying within the lease payment!!!! They took my trade in and gave me credit toward the new lease, which was great! Cesar from the finance department was also great, clearly explaining everything and helping with my plate transfer. Excellent service and very fast, compared to my other experiences at other places. Highly recommend!

Salesman Josh is down to earth and honestly speaking tell it like it is no sugar coating and Dennis finance manager is very easy to speak with and extremely helpful. This is my second time buying from Handy Toyota and I will do again and again. To anyone who is reading this review and not sure if you want to visit Handy Toyota, worrying about sales pressure or the lies that salesmen will tell you, just to sell you a vehicle; well Handy Toyota is not like that. The best advice I can give anyone skeptical about buying from them; go on line look at the inventory find what you like and reach out to them and they will answer any and all questions. A "visitor" to Naples with an unexpected maintenance and repair situation (that could have turned into a real dilemma for me) went as smoothly as possible due to the professional and and courteous behavior of the team at Tamiami Hyundai. Josh at the front desk "settled my nerves" and kept me aware of the work and timeframe necessary. I feel now, I have a "personal" Hyundai dealership with first class service at my disposal, when I regularly visit Naples.
