Woburn ToyotaReviews
Woburn Toyota review
This was the smoothest experience I have ever had acquiring a vehicle. Kristina Zarka is not your typical car salesperson. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. She listened carefully to our requirements and showed us only vehicles that met those requirements. No upselling at any time! Kristina was very patient as we mulled over all the information we provided and allowed us to test drive the vehicle which fitted our requirements. She then worked with the Finance Department to get us the best deal which ended up being within our original budget. That doesn't usually happen! Jesus in the Finance Department was equally pleasant. His upselling was limited to showing us options without any pressure. The whole process took just 5 hours and we came away with a lease on a brand new Corolla. Kristina even arranged an Uber to take us home. I have been dealing with Woburn Toyota for over 20 years for sales and service. They have never once disappointed me and, more often than not, exceeded my expectations.

I was dealing with a total loss of a vehicle and had limited time to find something fast. We worked with Brian Lopez who confirmed titles were present on various vehicles we were interested in. He was super laid back and didn?t pressure us at all and was very helpful choosing my next vehicle. Overall it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership.

My dad's car is a 2013 Toyota Rav with 70kmiles on it. He hadn't had it serviced since he bought it. I called the Danvers location and was lucky enough to get Angel P. He walked me through the whole process of what would be done , what was really needed and how much. Im not going to lie I was scared, at everything that was needed and of course the price that was going to be said. ngel was detailed, soft spoken but he knew exactly what to say to make me feel better. In the end when everything was done he spoke to me about a couple of deals going on. Their tire deal-which I needed badly. Their payment plan which sounds awesome and even gave me a little lunch while I had waited. Everyone there seemed happy, super friendly and im so glad I went there. Thank you Angel for being my angel and helping me feel less scared ,knowing that once it was all done it would be all worth it !

After the initial repay of the air conditioning system several snap fasteners were missing and one of the air cowling pieces was broken. When I pointed this out to the serve manager. He immediately had the snap fasteners installed and had to order the cowling. I returned 2 days later and the cowling was immediately replaced. I was please with final repair. I spoke to the service manager about how to prevent future issues like this. He was very receptive.

After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. I met with two salesmen during the course of a week, Jon M and Richard G. Both went over and above when assisting me with the vehicle even at closing time. I would recommend them for your car purchasing needs.

Wellesley Toyota review
My daughter bought a 2017 RAV 4 from Wellesley Toyota this past weekend - this was her first experience buying a car from a dealership. The entire process was even better than I had hoped for. Everything was very straight forward - NO GAMES. Marcus DeOliveira was our sales consultant and he could not have been easier to deal with - very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant!!
2026 Toyota Corolla review
So far so good. If had her a week. My only complaints and they're minor. One, there is only one cigarette outlet inside the center console so you have a wire going from the center console to your dash. The outlet should be somewhere on the dash. There is a usb outlet on the dash so you have to buy a new camera. Like I said minor. Two, no rear windshield wipers. The car is very quite so you don't have outside noise. Ride is very smooth. Seat is comfortable. The Ruby Pearl is stunning. For a 2026 I thought $24k was a fair price. I just filled up yesterday so jury is out on gas mileage.

I’m always pleased with the service department at Prime Toyota especially Joe Walsh. He gets me in and out in a timely manner and explains everything and lets me know what step they are on. He was even able to take care of my recall during this service. Thanks again

Toyota of BraintreeReviews
Toyota of Braintree review
This is my second experience buying a new car from Toyota of Braintree. I couldn't be happier with the professional and personal service. I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. Gerry Gorham was great, knowledgeable, and interested in me and my experience. Would highly recommend Toyota of Braintree.

Acton Toyota of LittletonReviews
Acton Toyota of Littleton review
What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. I’m sure that you will walk out with the same positive experience as I did.
