I had the pleasure of working with Anna Beltran while my Toyota Tundra was in for maintenance, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, she was extremely professional and delivered world-class customer service. Anna kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. Her clear communication, attentiveness, and genuine care made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thorough in their role—Anna truly sets the standard for excellence. Absolutely amazing service adviser and if anyone deserves a raise it's her!

Matt was a pleasant change from the typical high pressure sales person and that made such a difference to me. At the end of the car shopping game I feel I paid a reasonable price for a car that was close to everything I?d hoped for. Fingers crossed it?s an easy own for many years. And if I have questions or problems I?m comfortable stopping by the dealership.

Refused to go to car dealerships because of awful experiences but thought I'd give them a try. Very polite, kind and no pressure sale. They made the experience pleasant and enjoyable, no stress. I ended up with a better car than I hoped for. From now on I'm getting my cars from them. I recommend them to anyone looking for a no pressure sale. They helped me finance, set up insurance, and the registration. What a positive experience. I won't go anywhere else

The service guy, name James was great. Had a problem with my breaks he took me back to the mechanic who was going to work on it. (Joe the mechanic)They both Gave me a thorough explanation of the problem, which I thought was unique. Of course, they could have told me anything like “ Hey you need a new Johnson rod” I would have probably said ok. It was my second visit to Gettle service overall excellent experience.

IT was amazing 🤩 I was scared at first because my car was in good shape but after listening to the dealer explained the future of my car life I sat there thinking WOW 😦 I never thought of it that way before I thought I was set up for another 6 years to come. But he shift my site to a new look at the truth and I was so excited yet overwhelmed to be honest I felt so unreal me leaving from two second hand cars to a new car that I was going to be the first one to drive it i had to pinch myself and give God all the Glory a oil change was all I needed now I'm in a new 2026 Toyota Camry thank you Mr Jesse Eubanks and your good friend for helping me to get financed so I could drive away with my new car 🚗🚨 I will always be tell my family and friends if they need a new car or a good second hand car this is the place to go they are compassionate caring and understanding they know what it is like out there to need a new car but cannot afford it. So again thank you for letting me drive out of your dealership with my head high again and again 🙏🤗💘

2026 Toyota Corolla review
So far so good. If had her a week. My only complaints and they're minor. One, there is only one cigarette outlet inside the center console so you have a wire going from the center console to your dash. The outlet should be somewhere on the dash. There is a usb outlet on the dash so you have to buy a new camera. Like I said minor. Two, no rear windshield wipers. The car is very quite so you don't have outside noise. Ride is very smooth. Seat is comfortable. The Ruby Pearl is stunning. For a 2026 I thought $24k was a fair price. I just filled up yesterday so jury is out on gas mileage.

Responsive, friendly. Felt a bit like a bait and switch though. Specifications advertised online did not match with the car onsite with that VIN number. Still a great car, service was awesome, but they should look at advertising accurately.

I got tired of the game at other dealerships, Carmax was transparent, professional, and friendly. I can't see how anyone could give them any less then 5 stars, and I am a tough customer, when it comes to customer service!!!

I like the no hassle and no pressure selling and pricing model. Good customer service and the salesperson was fairly knowledgeable. We were able to test drive two cars in less than 30 minutes.
