Worth driving 420 miles out of the way!

I have bought many cars from many different dealerships throughout my life. Thanks to Henry Mota, this was by far my best experience. My wife and I were in the market for a 2018 Highlander due to our expanding family but couldn't find one with all of the features we wanted in our price range any where within the southwest region. So we expanded our search. Not only did Modesto Toyota have eight of the exact vehicle we were looking for, but Henry worked with us over the course of two weeks via phone and email to ensure that all of our needs were met (even on his day off). He was always professional and quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns and continued to work with us until we agreed on an exact vehicle and price. After a short flight and 2-hour car ride, Henry greeted us at the front and made us feel at home. The Highlander was set aside, detailed, and ready for us to drive it off the lot where Henry reviewed all of the features and guided through a great test drive. Our experience continued to flow smoothly throughout the rest of the purchase. Throughout the process, there were no gimmicks, no haggling, or extra sales pitches for anything we didn't need. He simply gave us our agreed price and continued to go out of his way to address any questions. Financing went smoothly thanks to Mike Fagundes, who also spent time to answer and address all of my questions, and we were on our way in our new Highlander. Bottom line, we got the exact vehicle we were looking for without hassle for the best price we could find in the US (not joking, literally looked coast to coast for our car). If our experience was any inclination as to how they operate on a daily basis, I can't recommend Modesto Toyota enough. They would absolutely have a customer for life if I lived even remotely within the region. To Henry specifically, thank you for making this a positive experience for me and my family.
