Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. If you go to Nucar in North Attleboro ask directly for Khalid Mahfouz. I had been to several Toyota dealerships and none of the sales people could find the car I wanted. We walked into Nucar North Attleboro sat down at Khalid’s desk, and within ten minutes he had two cars to show us that met our qualifications. Khalid was attentive, conscientious, and always responsive to phone calls and questions. There were a couple of challenges in the process of finally picking up the car, but that had nothing to do with Khalid and he kept the lines of communication open. I highly recommend working with Khalid, he a kind and professional individual.
