Roland was the only salesman who took me seriously right away. Unlike many other places that brushed me off because I wasn’t local, he treated my inquiry with respect and professionalism from the start. Huge thanks to Roland for making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It was even around 8 pm on a Friday, and I ended up arriving about an hour later than I had first told him, but he was very understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. He was outstanding throughout the process, great at communicating, always upfront, and completely honest about everything. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided clear information, and made sure I felt confident the entire way through. On top of that, they beat every other dealership I looked at in pricing, which made the decision even easier. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. This dealership was a breath of fresh air for someone like me, seeking a fair, friendly, and honest place to buy a new car. Integrity goes a long way when it comes to someone helping me with a purchase I'll be committed to for six years of financing--and they've got it in spades. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Jorgensen, Javier Vega, and Mikel Najar, who, at every step of the process, not only made sure I never felt pressured but also left me feeling fully prepared and well-advised. The deal I received was so competitive that I flew all the way from California to get it. They even picked me up from the airport--something not even some of my closest friends would volunteer for. If you put them in a position to compete with another dealership's offer, more often than not, they'll match it (or probably beat it). When I arrived, the hospitality was second to none. Everything we agreed upon was upheld, and topics like extended warranties were communicated in a way that felt more like sincere guidance than a sales pitch, tailored to my specific needs. After a long flight their pop-up coffee shop was a very welcome addition to my visit. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure to speak to, and I genuinely mean that. They clearly take care when hiring good people, and reviews like this are the result of that effort. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness.
