John Hansen is a great service advisor. He went the extra mile in explaining the service for the day, and the service was completed quickly and professionally. I would recommend him and Westboro Toyota any time. Great folks.
2023 Toyota Corolla Cross review
Wow! I have the XLE with extras like the automatic tailgate left it really comes in handy. My Toyota Cross is fun to drive, handles well; and it is very quiet. I love the feel of the steering wheel as I go around the curve. There are lots of buttons and I haven’t had the time to figure out everything once I do it should be really easy as everything is within easy reach. There is a slight hesitation when you do a quick acceleration pulling into traffic I think that’s going to be a matter of getting used to. The sad mirrors are great. Easy to tell if something is beside of you and it sounds an alarm when there is a car next to you. If you have trouble getting in and out of cars, it is very easy to get in and out of and you sit up high so you can see traffic better. I do wish it had an engine cover and the hood fire blanket, I am planning to purchase that extra. I highly recommend the Toyota Corolla, Cross, or any other Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

North End Motor Sales review
Professional & Reliable: I am very pleased with my purchase and the sales team. Communication was stellar for this purchase, which I found listed on Cars.com. Dave, went above and beyond to ensure I was squared-away before hitting the open road for a haul back to the Midwest with my 2022 Chevy Colorado ZR2. Yes, I am just another happy customer, and a thankful one to have done business with them. For certain, I definitely recommend North End Motor Sales. Just check out their selection; You won't be disappointed. Thank you!! Respectfully ~Eric M.

2022 Toyota Corolla Cross review
I personally LOVE my 2022 Blue Metallic Crush Toyota Corolla Cross. I bought it brand new, site unseen in March 2022 I picked it up! No issues at all. I love the way it handles and she's snow loving for sure! Compared to my 2011 Kia Sorento, this car is amazing! I was backed into on black friday so my Corolla Cross is currently in the body shop (finally) and I miss it so much! I love the all weather floor mats and it's spacious enough for my tall son! I'm a bigger girl and have no issues! I have a commute to work and the drive is smooth. I don't notice abnormal road noise. I love the blue interior lightening at night. Lets face it...Cars are not made the way they used to but I'm very happy with my purchase!

Nashua KIAReviews
Nashua KIA review
Sales Rep Chrystyan was amazing to work with. Chrystyan, his GM Austin and Sales Manager Dave helped make my choice for a new Kia Optima easy and stress free. They answered all my questions (I had a lot) and made the whole car dealership and car purchasing experience so easy. They got me at my price point with no back and forth, and listened to me and what I wanted. We purchased a 2019 Kia Optima, and after my great experience with them, my son's girlfriend went to Sales Rep Chrystyan and purchased a 2019 Kia Forte. I highly recommend Kia of Nashua and we will continue to recommend Sales Rep Chrystyan to our friends and family because he listens and does his best to get you what you want and need with no stress or hassle. 😁
2024 Toyota Corolla Cross review
This is the first time in my life in which I purchased a medium-priced car and feel each time I am in a parking lot that there is no other car around me that I would rather have. It's an incredible vehicle for the price, functional in every way, reliable, beautiful, and so enjoyable to drive.

Respectful and kind staff allowing me to be who I am with no negative consequences and reactions. Open and honest and I?m grateful to be a customer here. Role model dealership alongside my #1 cuz who also works at Toyota. Collaboration between the two would be make service and dealership in general succeed beyond the stars. They allowed me to unprofessionally sell their vehicles in a fun natural way. Real down to earth people and not AI generated which is what I love the most! All staff should get gift cards of their choosing, a significant raise, pizza and grilling Fridays and fun days throughout the week! Bring your emotional support animals to work provided they pass the safety test for customers AND all laws are followed to keep all animals safe. John also deserves a brand new vehicle of his choosing with all bells and whistles, whatever he needs. Wi$hlist request.

Acton Toyota of LittletonReviews
Acton Toyota of Littleton review
What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. I’m sure that you will walk out with the same positive experience as I did.

A little slow on the pickup for parkway/expressway driving - but otherwise a fabulous car. Drove my last Corolla for almost 20 years with zero issues other than routine maintainance. Work with Colby Fiedler at Toyota of Massapequa for a great deal.

We worked with Lloyd at this location, and he was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with us in choosing and later purchasing our vehicle. He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. The facilities were in great shape, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their next car from this location!
2024 Toyota Corolla Cross review
The car has been great. It is not “beefy” if you are looking for a rugged SUV, but it has the performance for gentle off road trails/country driveways. It is very comfortable, and gas mileage around 30mpg. The interior space is good, not a ton of leg room in the back seat, but for my wife and I, and the dog kennel in the back, it is ideal. From a cost perspective, we couldn’t be happier. It was well within budget and we feel the bang for our buck is tops and it’s a Toyota so I’ll be able to write another review at 300k miles.

Majed was extremely helpful throughout the car buying process. He was informative and thorough from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable and courteous with our time. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. We would definitely purchase another car from him.

Parkway Toyota of Boston review
On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable. Thanks so much!

2025 Toyota Corolla Cross review
Got it new with huge discount,,vehicle is overpriced if you pay close to MSRP would not recommend noisy tires,,hard seats not comfy...ride of suspension is excellent and soft tires and strong front end very good but not much to pick from for interior colors. Size is ok sits up high I have not gone over any bumps or pot holes. Just smooth roads.

I worked with Melissa Thompson at McGovern and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, upfront and honest. I dread car shopping but she and her manager Tim Hall made it a great experience. They went above and beyond trying to find the right vehicle for me. I got a great deal from the start. I can't say enough good things about Melissa and team.

2022 Toyota Corolla Cross review
I bought this car to utilize as my every-day driver. It looks like a 3/4 version of a RAV4 and I quite like the styling. I took it on a trip to New Mexico recently and it did well. I love the radar ranging cruise control found on most Toyotas. Good gas mileage. My biggest complaint is the engine. The car is underpowered and needs to be fitted with an engine that has more horsepower. If you want this car (as I did) for around town driving then it's the car for you. However, if you do a lot of traveling or are on the road a lot I would recommend the Rav4.

Nucar Toyota of North AttleboroReviews
Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro review
If you go to Nucar in North Attleboro ask directly for Khalid Mahfouz. I had been to several Toyota dealerships and none of the sales people could find the car I wanted. We walked into Nucar North Attleboro sat down at Khalid’s desk, and within ten minutes he had two cars to show us that met our qualifications. Khalid was attentive, conscientious, and always responsive to phone calls and questions. There were a couple of challenges in the process of finally picking up the car, but that had nothing to do with Khalid and he kept the lines of communication open. I highly recommend working with Khalid, he a kind and professional individual.
2022 Toyota Corolla Cross review
I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!
