Never had this happen at any other dealership before. Great job on the little perk that make you feel appreciated. Vehicle problem was determined very quickly and was out in a timely manner. Really liked the service department amenities while you wait...bananas, apples, pears, sweet rolls, cookies, coffee and even dog buscuits for your pets. Very, very nice!

They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross review
I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

2024 Toyota Corolla Cross review
The car has been great. It is not “beefy” if you are looking for a rugged SUV, but it has the performance for gentle off road trails/country driveways. It is very comfortable, and gas mileage around 30mpg. The interior space is good, not a ton of leg room in the back seat, but for my wife and I, and the dog kennel in the back, it is ideal. From a cost perspective, we couldn’t be happier. It was well within budget and we feel the bang for our buck is tops and it’s a Toyota so I’ll be able to write another review at 300k miles.
