2026 Toyota Grand Highlander review
I absolutely love this car. It’s a big jump from sitting in the rav4. The grand is much higher. You may just want a regular Highlander but you’re not getting the grand style. I don’t like that I have to shut off the auto start and stop. Only bad thing. Other than that, it reminds me of the Lexus TX

I told them they are making a mistake because I was going to purchase a car for my daughter. This past Friday I did just that. My daughter and I traveled to High Point and dealt with Vann York Toyota. We were just looking when a salesman came out and asked if he could help. It was Greg Reantillo and we had some questions about a couple cars in the lot and a couple we had seen on-line. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable about all and any car we had questions about. 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander review
Car is great so far except for a few things that are very disappointing. The defrost setting don’t stay on when remote starting the car. Dont know about AC yet The key fob remote range to start car is not good. Not happy with the Toyota app making me use a pass code to use my phone. Why not just a passcode to use the Toyota App.

I want to give a shoutout to Kevin, a service advisor who completely turned my experience around. I'd initially been working with another advisor, Bobby, whose attitude left a lot to be desired, but Kevin stepped in and made everything better. I hate going to get my car service, because I always feel like they’re trying to rip me off. However, Kevin was nothing like that! He took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on with my vehicle, was genuinely engaging to talk to, and made sure I understood what was covered under warranty every step of the way. It's rare to get that level of clarity and communication from a service advisor. If you're bringing your car in, ask for Kevin specifically. I know I will be!
