This is my second experience buying a new car from Toyota of Braintree. I couldn't be happier with the professional and personal service. I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. Upon our arrival at Braintree Toyota, we were in the "browsing stage", unsure if we wanted to buy a new vehicle to us. My service rep was very good?the only thing I didn?t care for was the time waiting for my car to be serviced. I had a 7:00 am appointment and was out of facility almost 4hrs later. For an oil change, upgrade a recall ion my backup camera and check all my levels under the hood. Also on my service receipt shows less than 1hr labor .

This is a review of the service department. I had Sean , once again, as my service advisor. I was in for my prepaid maintenance, and also while there, had a second key replacement made! Great doing business with Sean! He is a fine example of excellence in customer service!
